Dennis - A real Cape Cod knotty pine cottage - Just the place you picture in your mind for a wonderful vacation by the seashore. Lovingly maintained and comfortably furnished. Large deck, outdoor shower, wi-fi. Walk to beach Harborview Beach and Sesuit Harbor. Located just a short drive to numerous shops, restaurants and activities. Living space approximately square footage is 1344.

This home offers a Saturday change over.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Comfortable convenient home walking distance to beach

The house was very accommodating for our group of 5. The living room was spacious and the deck lovely. The baths seem to have been recently renovated. We did not mind that the kitchen lacks a dishwasher but would have liked better organized cabinets and more dishtowels.

Walking to the beach was easy and beautiful. The porch was plenty big for an adult family of 5 and some friends. We spent lots of time outside.To avoid Cape traffic, we were in town early on arrival day. A 4pm check-in is not ideal, coupled with the added chore of making beds once you enter the house. We managed to find some time at the water until the house was ready.Some highlights were walking to AMAZING breakfast sandwiches at Sesuit Harbor Cafe and easy biking around the neighborhood. We loved searching the sand at low tide when the beach extends soooo far!

Classic beach house

We enjoyed staying in this house, with easy walking access to the beach and marina, in a neighborhood with no on-street parking. Great outdoor shower and deck, and well equipped kitchen and laundry.

Great place to escape

We loved the home, equipped with all the necessities. We loved the huge tree in the back yard. Great place for an 8 year old to read and have breakfast. Our trip was cut short due to my developing covid but had that not happened, we would have been sad to leave at the end of the week. Will definitely keep this in mind for next year.

We enjoyed the house although we had a few things that need to be improved upon. We arrived to 2 overfilled trash cans. I called the reality company and they said they would be right over,(never came). Kitchen is not organized or equipped. Only 1 wine glass in the place, blender does not work. When you open the refrigerator door, it always swings wide open, it must be off balance.. The location was great in a quiet nieghborhood.

We loved this rental!

House was a classic cape cod cottage in the perfect location. Can’t beat being with it walking distance to Harborview beach and Sesuit Harbor. Neighbor was beautiful and peaceful. Nice out door space and shower. Slept 6 adults and 1 infant nicely. We hope to rent next summer again.
