Escape to tranquility at our serene mountain retreat. Nestled amidst the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains, this home is the perfect getaway. The house features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for all guests. Amenities include hot tub, fire pit, Starlink WiFi, small pond, and Blackstone. Just a short drive from Asheville and the charming towns of Western NC, you can easily explore local dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures. Welcome to 7Ridge. A new construction modern home with a stunning view. With four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, it is great for large families or groups of friends to escape. There is plenty of community space with two living rooms. The upstairs is warm & inviting with a gas fireplace. The downstairs is a great area for gathering, playing games (multiple games available even a karaoke machine), competing on the NBA jam arcade machine, or movie night on the 85" TV. There are two large decks offering sweeping mountain views. The upstairs has a large table that seats 8. The Blackstone griddle is great for cooking for larger groups. The downstairs has a sitting area and swing, perfect for reading a novel and relaxing. The kitchen is filled with new appliances. It also has a microwave, crockpot, coffee maker (able to make a full pot or K-cups) and toaster. It is fully stocked with cookware and tableware. Property includes smokeless fire pit, small pond, and yard games. If needed for smaller children, we have a pack and play and stroller available. The mountain has a gravel drive and moderate slope with 2 switchbacks. Four wheel drive is recommended but not needed. House is past 2 concrete columns and black fence.
