Summary:

Aspen Creek #401 is a great condominium for year-round vacationers.



The Space:

Located in Mammoth Lakes, this unit is within walking distance to Eagle Lodge and the Eagle Express Chairlift. The Snowcreek Golf course and several hiking and biking trails are a quick car ride away. Head into town for great restaurants and shopping.



Comfortable seating circles the living area and the sofa doubles as a sofa sleeper. Light the wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and turn on a movie. A DVD player with BlueRay, CD player, telephone (local calls only), and high-speed internet are offered for your enjoyment. Access the private balcony from this room and catch a breath of fresh air while you take in the views of the surrounding area.



The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances to aide a chef prepare mouthwatering meals. Grab one of the 2 seats at the built-in breakfast bar to keep the conversation going with the chef.



The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King bed, TV, and attached bathroom.



Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer.



Things to Note:

- During the winter months, the Homeowners Association (HOA) takes safety precautions by boarding up certain windows to prevent damage from falling icicles.

- Starting June 12, 2025, construction will be underway in the complex. Please be aware that guests may experience daytime noise during this time.

- The pool and hot tubs will be out of service throughout the construction period



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Overall, the place is great. Some things are a little older but everything worked. It’s in a great location, easy to access, great communication with the manager, and we had everything we needed. And all of it was for a reasonable price for our short stay.

Apartment was nice but the bedroom smell like gas chamber. The sheets were washed in the soap with strong fragrance and dried with strong smell dryer sheets. Anyway we end up sleeping in our sleeping bags on the living room couch. Now all things we brought back home are smell terrible. Living room tv set didn't work.The stove burners were crooked. Anyway if you don't start using fragrance free products you'll be loosing business because some other people in the building were sneezing and coughing. I need help to get to apartment because provided codes for the lockbox didn't work. It got open with fourth cod provided over the phone.

Spacious Getaway

This property was larger than we thought based on photos. Could definitely use some upgrades though. We loved that there was a king sized bed, but it’s an old school spring mattress. Every time one of us would reposition in our sleep the other would wake up. The stove is also very old, burners were very finicky. The tv is also older and has damage on the screen. These few updates would go a long way,

The elevator went out on the 4th day, we called several time, only to get the corporate runaround. My partner hurt herself having to walk up 4 flights of stairs for 2 days. HOA support was not available. I would not stay here again

The only problem we had was the lockbox, but after we called on the provided phone we've got another code and it worked. But we couldn't close this box back:(Also, there is very weird heating system - heater in the bedroom doesnt work, but in the dining area - super hot.Kitchen is exellent - everything is good stocked.location is perfect
