I have lived in Colorado Springs for many love it! The fall and spring are beautiful here. Enjoy pikes, Peak Mountain biking skiing is three hours away. I love seeing people enjoy life.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet, very pretty, and the mountains are very visible. We are close to Shopping and can easily access a 25 to go anywhere you need to.

What makes this property unique

The property has a beautiful vaulted ceiling
Connecting the kitchen to the family room.
The vibe is modern and comfortable.
You have a full view of the mountains from the backyard with a large area and grill area.
There are biking trails nearby and again any sort of restaurant or grocery store you would need within five minutes!
