We started hosting because we enjoy sharing the little things that make lake life special: cozy evenings by the fire, cruising in the golf cart, or bringing pets along for the adventure. Our goal is to make every guest feel at home and leave with great memories.

We chose Tan-Tar-A Estates because it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family-friendly, yet just minutes from Margaritaville, restaurants, and the lake. We love watching golfers pass by on Hole 4, taking the golf cart for a spin, and enjoying the pools in summer. There’s always wildlife around — deer wandering through the yard, squirrels playing in the trees — which makes it feel like a true lake retreat.
