Quiet Hours: No loud music or noise past 10:00 PM or before 8:00 AM.

Guest Policy: No unauthorized guests are allowed to stay the night. No more than 12 guests on site.

No illicit drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the property.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or on the patio. Smoking is only allowed in the driveway and butts disposed of properly in trash bins.

Note: A $500 smoke remediation fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking inside the property is found.

Checkout Responsibilities:

Trash: Take all trash to outdoor bin prior to leaving.
Dishes: Run Dishwasher prior to leaving.

Great time !

We had such a great family vacation ! We brought our dogs and the property was so cute- they had dog bowls a dog bed and was very clean! Our kids loved having a golf cart to drive to the pool, Margaritaville, when we were needing a pool break we just drove around :) we can’t go back without a golf cart again lol ! the backyard was so pretty with a golf course view we enjoyed spending time out there. This was a top stay :)

We chose Tan-Tar-A Estates because it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family-friendly, yet just minutes from Margaritaville, restaurants, and the lake. We love watching golfers pass by on Hole 4, taking the golf cart for a spin, and enjoying the pools in summer. There’s always wildlife around — deer wandering through the yard, squirrels playing in the trees — which makes it feel like a true lake retreat.

Our home combines resort perks with personal touches you don’t often find in Osage Beach. Guests enjoy free use of our electric golf cart, unlimited play on Tan-Tar-A’s private 7-hole course (no tee times needed), and outdoor movie nights with our projector and screen.
