Hidden gem in the heart of the city

Very clean and modern. Wonderful shower, comfortable bed and very relaxing and quiet. If you like games they have just about everything from a pool table to checkers. I would absolutely stay here again. Very nice and accommodating host.

The family makes noise almost at all hours; luckily, they are fairly consistent and aren't excessive, so it didn't mess with us sleeping much.

Get away

The house was decorated cute, the only problem is it’s in a basement and they have tenants above. We heard loud noises all night long for the 4 days we stayed it was loud. Stopping on the ceiling and it sounded like who ever was up there dragging stuff accross the floor. It woke me up many nights and many mornings. No curtains on windows and door does not lock going into the area. Kinda weird. Layout is good for young adults.

Why they chose this property

Emily grew up in Colorado Springs and spent many summers day tripping to Cañon City. Seeing the area slowly evolve over the decades while maintain its small town charm has been a joy that she wanted to share with our kids. We chose Greenwood Ave for our home because of the ability to walk to Main Street and enjoy the near-daily deer visitors peeking in through the windows.
