Onderste verdieping heeft een eigen ingang met XL slaapkamer, waaronder 1 queensize bed en 1 groot bed en een complete badkamer. 1 gereserveerde parkeerplaats buiten een garage voor 2 wagens met wasmachine en droger, strandstoelen en boogey boards.
De middelste verdieping heeft een eigen slaapkamer met 1 queensize bed, een complete badkamer, een mooie keuken, een eethoek, een woonkamer en een balkon met een propaan-BBQ.
De bovenste verdieping is een grote ouderlijke suite die de hele 3e verdieping beslaat. Heeft 1 Cal kingsize bed, (uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit het bed), 1 eenpersoonsbed, complete badkamer met inloop betegelde douche, grote inloopkast en een klein balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan, samen met een groot balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan en de baai . Patio tafel en stoelen voor zonsondergang bekijken, ontspannen en eten.
Mis dit geweldige strandvakantiehuis met familie / vrienden niet. Geen auto nodig, u kunt lopen naar strand, baai, supermarkt, restaurants / bars en koffiehuizen. Dichtbij Sea World, Belmont Park Entertainment Boardwalk en de Pier.

Family Vacay - All adults

This home was the perfect configuration for our family of 6 adults. The three sons in master bedroom, daughter in queen and mom and dad downstairs. The kitchen was very well equipped as we prepared most of our meals in the home. 2nd floor dining patio with long table was perfect for evening meals. The use of chairs, umbrella, and even tote bags was a bonus. Location could not have been better as we were steps to the beach and a short walk to the bay, also close to Mission Street with loads of restaurants, bike rentals, etc. Great home. Thank you!

It's a great property - centrally located, steps from the beach, coffee shops, and cafes. There is a bedroom on each of the 3 levels, which offers extra privacy and quiet. The house was clean, the furnishings in good condition. We'd love to stay here again on our next visit to San Diego.

The property was fantastic. Very easy check-in and we were granted early check-in as well. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The parking is great with an outdoor spot that fits a large truck or SUV. Garage can also fit an SUV and a smaller car. Overall a great place, great location and great owner to coordinate everything with.

Great beach house and amazing location!

Loved the property for our group… the 3 separate levels were very nice to have, along with multiple patio/balconies. The garage and outdoor parking spot were invaluable to have as well. Check-in and out was very easy and the property owner was very responsive. Lots of beach supplies provided…. My daughter had a blast with the boogie boards! And the location is amazing…. Just steps from the beach. We would definitely book this place again!

Great Location w/ Lots of Room!

What a fabulous weekend! This home is steps from the beach and there was definitely plenty of room for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the two small balconies, each with an ocean view, and a larger patio off the upstairs bedroom. This is a prime location with coffee shops and cafes in walking distance. We loved the garage and side parking, as finding street parking in this area can be tricky. The home is clean and well kept. The stairs to each floor are a little steep. This did not bother us and we definitely enjoyed having the separate areas. We enjoyed staying here and highly recommend! This is definitely a home we will return to!

Beware! We were absolutely shocked at the quality of this property after reading all the positive reviews. The location is awesome, and that is the only thing this place has going for it. First off, DIRTY!! When we arrived there were crumbs all over the floors, dust caked on the fans, toilets not even cleaned (toliet bowl cleaner caked with dust also), and lots of hair in the bath tubs. We reached out to the “property manager” Tami who is really just the owner and is not local. Never once were we offered a discount on the expensive cleaning fee when our place wasn’t even cleaned. Speaking of cleaning, you aren’t supplied with any cleaning supplies or trash bags at all. They also don’t supply more than a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and we had 7 people staying for 4 days. This was not listed anywhere. Safety is also a huge issue here. This place is marked as family friendly. Except, not one door locks appropriately. The patio door on the top floor does not lock. The downstairs room door also doesn’t shut as well as the patio on the second floor. We literally thought this place was as a joke. Don’t stay here.

The house location is perfect. There is a lot of restaurants close by, Belmont park is about a 20 min walk or 5 min drive. Because it is such a busy area with lots do it is a little more of a loud area. For my family it wasn’t a bother. We stayed with my family there was 8 of us total and it fit us perfectly. The layout of the house was perfect since we each got our own floor and bathroom. The view from the balconies are beautiful! Literally only about 20 steps from the beach. House was fully loaded with beach toys, kitchen appliances everything we could need. Host was super friendly and very quick when responding.

Great location but less than ideal rental

The location was great but we had to spend several hours cleaning the place when we first got there. There were no paper towels, hand soap in one bathroom, no extra trash bags(which is a problem for a 6 day stay), no propane(although one was delivered to us next day), no way to light the bbq since the igniter didn't work and there was no lighter on site, also the cleaning crew must have been in a hurry since they left dirty laundry in the washer. The good things were the location, close to PB, Belmont, the Bay is a short walk and obviously the beach is steps away. The garage had everything you might need for the beach, lots of beach towels, plenty of bed space for 4 kids and 4 adults, outdoor shower came in handy to wash all the sand off. The owner/manager was nice and responsive.

Excellent host, perfect location! Short walk to excellent dining options!

We stayed here with out-of-state friends and had a wonderful time! You could hardly ask for a better location. Walking distance to so many great eating choices, bike and surfboard rentals, coffee shops, and being literally like 200 feet from the boardwalk and sand. The exterior of the house was more run down than I had expected, it could use some paint, but the interior was well-appointed, attractive, and clean. We spent a lot of time on the beach and being able to store our surfboards in the garage and shower off outside the house was really nice. Also, I was surprised at the array of beach toys and boogie boards, and beach chairs and beach towels. That was really nice not having to rely only on the items we brought. We lost a boogie board on the first day, someone must have taken it when we weren't watching, so I reached out to Tammi and we agreed to leave the one we had brought in order to replace it. Tammi was always very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We had an excellent experience with her as our host. We made great memories and would stay here again!

Excellent location!!

We had a great time at this property. The location was amazing and the property manager was very nice and quick to respond anytime I reached out prior to and during our stay. The only issue we had was that we did spend alot more time then we would have liked cleaning around the house. But we we're aware that the property manager was out of the country for a family emergency. We are chalking this up to whatever cleaning company that was supposed to prepare the house before we showed up not doing a thorough job. The house could definitely use a little TLC, but I believe that is also the reason we were able to get it cheaper then other houses in the same area. They were also equipped with everything you would need for a fun day at the beach for adults and kids! The beach is literally steps away! We would definitely book this place again.

Everyday in the sand!

We're a beach family - and rent a house every year. This was by far the best place for spending every day at the beach. The house comes with everything you need to be set up for success in the sun. I shouldn't have brought any beach gear - as there are towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, ice chests, ice packs in the freezer. The host really thought of everything. It would have saved so much room in my car. The 3 parking spaces are a dream and SO RARE. Location couldn't be beat, great pizza, burgers and breakfast walking distance of the house. The view from the top floor is stunning. The stairs in the home are no joke - and the kitchen portion of the stay, although well stocked with pans and plates etc. it didn't come with any amenities like salt, pepper, sugar etc. Not a deal breaker at all, but I would have packed my stuff had I known. I would love to stay here again and again and again.

I would give this house a 1.5 rating. One for location, excellent and 1/2 for beach toys. Broken items (toys, umbrellas, etc) This place is not really beach friendly. Tiles throughout the house are grouted which makes it difficult to clean. Floor tile comes off as you sweep. Many floor surfaces which make for a lot of transitions. Our 18 month old was savvy by the end of the trip. Mattress covers are pilling and you can feel them through the sheets. Lack of air circulation on all floors. Overall, if cleanliness is not your thing, this is your place!

A good beach house as long as you have proper expectations

We stayed at the house over Christmas 2018 with our 2 young adult kids and my wife's parents for a family reunion.The key to enjoying this house is having the right expectations. If you are expecting a largish, funky beach house in a fun location, then this is a great place. If you want a pristine, luxury, new home experience, then not so much. Pros - Fun location. In the heart of Mission Beach. Walking to some good beach restaurants, local shops, a Ralph's grocery and many bars and breweries. A cool, funky beach town. We also picked it for being 100 feet or so back from the beach. Can see and hear the surf and the sunset, especially from the upstairs decks. - If you like to walk or run (or scooter or bike) you can go for miles on the boardwalk which runs along the beach. Tons of people watching as well. - House is well laid out for getting together but also having some privacy. Master suite on 3rd floor with a king and two twins, queen on 2nd floor and a bedroom with 2 beds on the ground floor. Could get 9 in comfortably if have kids and share rooms with them. - Home is about what you would expect from a beach house in terms of cleanliness. It's hard to keep the sand out! - Owner is responsive to any issues. We had a problem with the heat and she sent someone over to help with it right away. - Some upgrades to the kitchen, new flat screen TV’s, etc. - The house is pretty well equipped, particularly if you are hanging on the beach. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie board, etc. Kitchen as well. - Close to San Diego attractions, most within a 20 minute drive. Cons - Lots of little maintenance issues typical of an aging house. If you want pristine, then this is not for you. Missing drawer pulls, broken window shades, closet doors off track, broken door closures, limited hot water, torn furniture, scuffed walls, aging cheap patio furniture, etc. Internet is weak off the main floor. A bit of an ant problem as well. Rust everywhere on anything made of metal, which is common near the beach. Aging, southern California style wall heaters on each floor. An issue in December. - A very large security deposit required, I think related to the wear and tear they have had with the place. We had to put up $3,000 for 5 nights. Given all the issues in the house we were a bit concerned we would get it back, though it was promptly refunded. - Houses in the neighborhood are very tightly packed. Fun but crowded.

Amazing location!

We found this house and it was the perfect location for two small children (3 & 4) to get to and from the beach quickly for nap and potty. They really had everything we needed for our stay. Make sure to bring your own toiletries and laundry soap if staying a while. We didn't realize there was no A/C unit so that would've made a HUGE difference in the month of August. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thanks!

Fun location!

This is a casual house in a fun location! The beach is SO CLOSE, with easy access. You can hear the waves while you sleep. Busy boardwalk area, lots of opportunities for people watching. Be aware if you stay more than one day you’ll need to bring the essentials like soap, shampoo, TP, dishwasher and laundry detergent.

Excellent location!

The location was excellent. The ocean boardwalk was a minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and bars are a short walk away. The house layout is great for a family as everyone gets their own space. The balcony is a big plus as is the garage and the beach supplies. It’s not a newly refurbished place but isn’t old either. Highly recommend this rental!

This was a great location! It was so nice to be able to just walk out to the beach. The parking was also great!

Great Parking!!!

Just steps away from the beach. Nicely appointed with almost everything you need for a great beach vacation. If you want to have a fire on the beach bring your own fire pit and marshmallows. Plenty of parking, space, games, and patios. We will be trying to stay here every year if it’s available😊

Amazing get away!

Amazing house and location. Great for families and had all the necessities for a week away! Highly recommend! Even toys, chairs and towels for the beach.

Love the location. Steps from the beach, but still maintain privacy. Large home that can accommodate all of my family when they get together.
