Our stay was great. Our kids really liked the secret bed and the easy beach access was really nice. Only one of our two cars was able to fit but finding a space on the main street for the minivan didn't end up being too hard.

Great location house has everything you need. garage to small for truck parking had to park on street and move some days because of street cleaning!! Over all had a good time the porch off kitchen is nice to eat hang out you can see the bay and ocean from there.Three floors so lots of stairs with the bi level houses. Has beach toys, chairs, ice chest, We brought ours but if you fly in it’s nice to have available.

This was our 10th summer at this house and it's still our favorite. There is so much space and the house is well maintained, they also include everything you would need for the beach.

This is our second time staying at this home. It was 9 years between visits but our memories of how great the house was for our large family were accurate. It’s the perfect location between beach and bay. The house is equipped with everything you need for the beach and for householdAnd kitchen items. Plenty of fans to keep you comfortable on hot days. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend, and the house comfortably accommodated all 11 of us! It’s a cute, cozy beach house and would be especially great for families. There is no AC, so it was pretty warm during the San Diego heat wave, but they provided plenty of fans, which was really helpful. A few of the blinds didn’t open all the way, so we weren’t able to get as much airflow as we would have liked.Overall, we had a good stay! The main area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the floors. We expected a little sand with it being a beach house, but the floors felt like they needed a more thorough cleaning before we arrived. With a little extra attention to that and a few minor updates, it would be an even better stay!

This is the erfect house for easy access to both the ocan and the bay! You can be at the bay in less than 2 minutes and at the beach in about 5 minutes, both by foot. The house is excellent for multi-family gatherings as we had 1 set of grandparents, tw families each with two kids ranging in age from 4 to 11. Couldn’t have been more in for everyone! The house has areas to find time for yourself as well as room for group gatherings both inside and outside. This was our second week long stay at this home and we will be planning another in the future. Great place to create lifetime memories!

Great stay! A short walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood. House had all the amenities that were listed and ample space for our family vacation. Great communication before from our host and very clear check in instructions with easy check in. Would definitely stay again!
