Lovely Beach Condo in Puertarena
Our beach condo is furnished for a fun and comfortable stay in Nuevo Vallarta, located only 800 meters from the beach you will feel the lifestyle that this beautiful destination has to offer. Incredible community with snowbirds during winter and very quiet during summer is the best place to enjoy the restaurants, the pool, and the beach towns near by. If you're coming for medical reasons we are also close to the hospitals in the area, let us host you during a week or several, we got your back!
The apartment is 968.75 sqft, has a master bedroom with private bathroom, king size bed, ceiling fan, mini split inverter A/C, and blackout curtain, nightstands, and a closet, the second bedroom with two twin size beds, a dresser, ceiling fan, A/C and closet. Laundry room with sink, a gas water heater and a laundry center, cleaning supplies and products available, two full bathrooms, living room with sofa beds and a coffee table, a 55" smart TV, kitchen equipped with an electric oven, granite countertops, a 5 burners stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils and more.
Very important to use the shared common areas that belong to Phase 2 which is where our condo is located. The condo is divided in 4 phases and each building belongs to a phase, please use only our phase's facilities to avoid sanctions!

Splash Parque Acuático Vallarta y Parque de atracciones VidantaWorld también merecen la pena. I'm from Guadalajara, Mexico and lived in Puerto Vallarta since I was 5 years old. I have been working in the hospitality industry since I was 17 years old as a local representative for Expedia arranging ground transportation and local tours for our guests, I understood quickly the beautiful location I was able to show and share with our guests and I found a passions for it. I left home to study a bachelor's degree and after my studies I went to work on the cruise ships for 5 years where I developed more skills, understood different mindsets from people all over the world and got familiarized with the core business in hospitality, often anticipating the guest's needs and delivering incredible experiences for our guests during their vacation. Once back home I started doing property management and learned the relevance of hosting and bringing guests to our properties. Currently I am a property owner and also a property manager for clients who I help reaching their goals, making their units stand out and perform.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Nuevo Vallarta is a high end residential area, we're only 800 meters away from the beach (8 minutes walking) and the beaches near by are great for a pleasant day if you want to dip in or go for a walk or just wait for the sun to come down while enjoying the breeze. The area is developing and brings a very nice market, we love our neighborhood and what it offers.
