Owners: Neil and Deb Gardner We finished building/remodeling Lakeshore Vermont in 2016. We both were in the professional fields until we ventured into being Inn owners. We are enjoying the adventure of being in the hospitality business.
Why they chose this property
We have owned the property since 2001 and wanted a change in careers. The property was zoned commercial and opening an Inn was a prefect fit.There are no other Inn located directly on Lake Champlain with sandy beaches for guests to enjoy.
