The property met our needs, neighborhood is ok. The inside was fairly clean and the property was adequately stocked. We were disappointed with the landscaping of the home, it didn’t look like the photos. Communication with grand welcome was good.

Great family vacation

The house was perfect for a family vacation. We had family from Colorado, Ohio and Cali there. Great location and convenient to everything we needed.

Great home for short stay!

This 4 bedroom 2 bath house was perfect for our short stay. Check in and checking out was super simple. Only cons were the stained sheets and mildew shower curtains.

Beach Bums.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to ocean and anything else you need to shop for or want to visit. Clean home with nice backyard. Hot tub was a plus!!

This home was very clean and provided a lot of needed supplies to keep the place clean. It was very local. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again

Nice basic property. Pictures make it look a little larger than it is. there is a fair amount of foundation sinking. I would not recommend 2 of the bedrooms for anyone with balance issues. The host was professional very fast to respond to any requests. Our kids enjoyed the grass in the back yard. bedding and towels are of good quality. I would recomend this prperty.

Small, clean family house easy drive to beach

Nice floor plan with ample bed space. The house, kitchen and appliances were very clean. The carpet was new. Bring extra towels as it sleeps 8, but was a little short on linens especially towels and blankets. The living room doesn't fit 8 as the beds do, but we spent most of our time out at the beach. We really appreciated the washer & dryer and there's plenty of parking. We would have loved some outdoor furniture in the back. The yard is grassy and private and would have been perfect for a home cookout. Altogether, it was a comfortable, clean, quiet house with a 10 minute drive to the beach.

The Property was fine, clean environment. My only critiques are as follows:1) New pots and pans to avoid teflon flaking2) IN all bedrooms a place to store clothes vs your suitcase etc. (No drawers or areas to place clothes)3) Internet buffered TV and that can be solved by not loading You Tube TV but ... 4) This cannot be resolved, driveway on a curve and in the middle of a hill, be careful backing out and pulling into the street.

Way over priced

We did not have use of the TV because and tried to get help but could not get the internet service to work with the TV in main room. There were extension cords and outlet extenders through mount house which seemed dangerous. The bunk bed where my daughter and friend were to stay was unusable…missing screws, extremely shaky and squeaky. The home smelled of too strong cleaning product when we arrived so we had to air out the whole place. The damage deposit not being refundable is very misleading.

Clean, minimal property, good to sleep a larger family. Other reviews mention that the living room has inadequate seating compared to the amount of beds, which is true but could be remedied somewhat by replacing the two chairs with a second sofa. Accommodating host. Good amount of kitchen tools. Lots of sand toys, only two beach chairs, plenty of beach towels. Pretty backyard with nice outdoor table. Good neighborhood, close to grocery stores and less than 10 min from Harbor Beach.
