Family Friendly Coastal Living; BBQ, Hot Tub, close to Legoland

Our coastal style newly renovated home located in a very quiet cul de sac street at desirable Fire Mountain of Oceanside. The house is with awesome outdoor entertainment space is the perfect spot to enjoy Southern California's lifestyle with the family.

Half way between Los Angeles and San Diego. In 5 mins reach with car from Oceanside & Carlsbad beaches, 5 mins from Carlsbad, restaurants, shopping centers. 15 min Legoland, less than an hour from Disneyland and, Knott's Berry Farm and SeaWorld.

Our home is newly renovated with new high-end appliances and furniture.
The Southern California coastal lifestyle shines through the house with plenty of space to entertain 10 guests.

The patio is the heart of the house with built in BBQ, communal table and fire pit on one side, hot tub,hammock and lawn games on the other side.

The area is quiet and perfect spot to relax after a fun day. However beaches, shopping, restaurants and spas are only 5 minutes away. STR PERMIT # 1267225

I stayed here with my friends and it was so fun! Really nice house and area! Thin walls. Great backyard with lots of games. Close to Walmart and Carlsbad beach!

Exceptional home!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much! Our daughter, son in law and grandchild live in the area. The house was had everything we needed for the baby. That was not expected and was such a helpful surprise! We know our way around Oceanside and this location was perfect. The interstate is a block away. Clean, updated, lovely patio, comfortable furniture. Just lovely! I highly recommend and we will rent again!

Amazing!

We had an awesome time! The house was incredible, super clean, renovated, very comfortable with many spots to chill and with a very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Very quiet neighborhood and close to the beach by car. The hosts were super nice and very responsive. The only thing that could improve is the quality of mattresses and pillows.

Beautiful, clean and convenient to beaches. Lots of room for a family getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. The house has lots of room to spread out inside, with a wonderful backyard. Anything you might need for the beach are available, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Each evening we enjoyed the bbq area and hot tub. Thank you for making your home so comfortable for our family!

Beautiful home but early curfew for outdoors.

We loved this beautiful home. It was good to have 2 living areas. Our only frustration was with the 9:00 curfew to come in from outside. We were not able to use the jacuzzi and fire pit at night feet much. The adults would have loved sitting in the jacuzzi after the kids were in bed to relax and talk quietly. I think 10:00 would he more reasonable. Do the neighbors go to sleep at 9?

Oceanside Beach Trip

We booked this property for a family trip, our children and grandchildren. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was great, very clean and stocked with all the things you need including beach chairs and boogie boards and umbrella for the beach, the property owners were absolutely great with very quick responses to our questions, we would def it stay there again.

Perfect beautiful home!

This housed our family while in town celebrating a wedding. Wonderful outdoor space and comfortable beds for many adults! Only downside is the outdoor quiet time seems STRICT, which I understand because the neighborhood is so nice. It did make us nervous to even talk to each other outside after 9pm.

Wedding Weekend with the Cousins

Beautiful and comfortable

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very nicely decorated, clean and lots of extras. We loved the back patio with fire pit and hot tub. The kids had a great time with the outdoor games and playhouse. It was an easy drive to the beach. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home to anyone, especially larger groups or those with kids.

Beautiful home with amazing property and great location!

We recently spent the weekend here with my 2 daughters & my parents. We had plenty of room to spread out and the house was perfectly stocked with everything you could need! The outdoor games were a great addition to our weekend. We were thrilled when we arrived as our hosts had left a s’mores kit for the kids, delicious fruit for the adults and cute chew toys for our dogs. Felicia & Gabor’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. We would love to get back sooner than later!
