Newly furnished comfortable interior with all the ammenities you'd expect. Brick pavers surround lush landscaping and palm trees - relax on our wrap-around deck or patio and take in the sunset, swiming manatee and dolphin. Outdoor dining set on the deck and lots of lounging furniture for you to relax and enjoy! This home has a large open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and over 1425 square feet of living space. The master suite has a king sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen with a pull out sofa in the living room. Full modern kitchen with Corian countertops. Easy boat access and dockage that can accommodate a boats in water or on boat lift.

Furnished with newer furnishing, comfortable bedding/linens, and a full assortment of cookware right down to the blender. High-speed wireless internet, flat screen TVs complete with premium cable.

This rental includes a 2-person ocean kayak, new beach cruiser bikes, fish cleaning table, fish/bait freezer, gas grill, patio table/chairs and lounge chairs

Why this property? Because it's awesome - A unique hexagonal shaped home located within a lush tropical landscaping property on a serene crystal clear salt water lagoon with views of the Gulf of Mexico - what more could you ask for.

What makes this house unique

The shape of this home is unique. The main structure is a large hexagon with with large glass windows and doors allowing water views of the lagoon and the Gulf from almost everywhere in the home. Wrap around out door decks off the living room area and brick pavers on the ground level surrounded by lush mature landscaping.. The property sits on a large deep saltwater lagoon - 25' at the center - which connects to the Gulf of Mexico. Incredible unobstructed water views and sunset. Water is teaming with a large variety of fish, including snapper and tarpon, manatee and the occassional school of dophin. Fish, kayak, snorkel or dive right from the dock or jump in the kayak and do all the above in the protected Gulf waters.

GREAT VACATION PLACE

What a perfect house. Great location right on the water and so much better than being in the hustle and bustle of Key West. This place had comfortable beds, which was very important for my pregnant wife and just a very relaxing vibe, which is what we came here for. You will not find a better vacation rental for the price in the keys. We loved it and plan on making it an annual trip. Joe was also very easy to deal with and knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the water.

We had a chance to stay at this beautiful rental property in Marathon. Not knowing what to expect you always have your worries. This time I was blown away! This property is up to date and has that luxury feeling. Couldn't have been more pleased with my stay. I highly recommend this property!

The house is wonderful, clean and airy with everything for a comfortable vacation . The area was nice and quiet and everyone we met friendly.

Joe was great to deal with, he was helpful and answered any queries we had promptly.

We have already booked for next year.

I Wish I Could Purchase This Property!

When I was making plans for my trip back to the keys, I wasn't sure exactly where I wanted to stay. Even after I made my reservation I was wondering if I should have stayed in Key West instead. I am so pleased that we chose to stay here! I have never been more relaxed and enjoyed a vacation more than this! The property is just the perfect size and maintains that wonderful island flair. The water views are fabulous and the tropical foliage adds privacy while not impacting the views at all.

We are close enough to Key West to make riding there easy and the drive down is beautiful. Even my 16 year old daughter prefers staying here because it is quiet and relaxing and everything we need is close by. The house itself is very clean and well appointed with very large windows that bring the outside in. Furnishings are very nice and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location and home to anyone searching out an island getaway in the Keys.

My favorite restaurants are Mangrove Mamas across from the KOA campground on Sugarloaf Key and I love the funky No Name Pub on No Name Key. It's a great place for pizza or chili

if you go looking for the little Key Deer on Big Pine. The owner provided suggestions for restaurants, shopping and activities in

Marathon that have been very helpful.

I want to go back!!

What an amazing way to celebrate a weekend away with my husband and friends! This home far exceeded my expectations...the view is so beautiful from all areas of the kitchen and living room. All bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. My most favorite was the beautiful and lush patio area. I could sit in the hammock swing all day:)It was so peaceful to just sit outside by the water, it felt like it was just us. Great accommodations!

We will be staying here again...hopefully soon!!

PERFECT PLACE TO VACATION

My wife and a couple of our friends stayed here a couple months ago and were BLOWN AWAY by how great the place was. The location is outstanding. Long deck right on the water.

Private, beautiful, relaxing.

The place was perfectly clean and felt fresh. There are 2 bedrooms, but it can sleep at least 6 comfortably. Outstanding view out of every window.

There was great fishing and kayaking right off the dock. We planned on doing some more excursions but we really didn't want to leave our beautiful place.

Great value for the money and Joe was very easy to deal with.

We would, and plan on, staying here again.
