Yury was very responsive and personable. Could not beat the location, really close to town but quiet at night. This was my groups 3rd trip to Rincon and we stayed at a different place each time and this was the best and plan on booking again!

The property is very comfortable and offers amazing views from every room, which made the stay especially enjoyable. Although there was a water outage during our visit, the availability of a cistern ensured we had water when needed, which was appreciated.The check-in process could be clearer—while the listed time was 3:00 PM, the property wasn’t ready until nearly 5:00 PM, which caused some confusion. Additionally, the kitchen could be better equipped, as it was missing essentials like lids, bowls, and a few other basic items.We didn’t use the rooftop because the access felt unsafe, and adding proper patio and balcony furniture would greatly enhance the outdoor spaces.Overall, this is a great property with a lot of potential, but it would benefit from some upkeep and updates to make it feel less dated and improve the overall guest experience.Thank you Yury for being available when needed.

Sky House is a spacious, beautiful house that accommodated 6 adults comfortably with room to spare. The location was within a 10-15 min walk to the town center. FYI- there is a big hill to navigate, so may not be an ideal walk for someone elderly or with a disability. The owner, Yury, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He gave great suggestions of places to go on the island. Sky House had most of the basic needs (a couple of kitchen things missing but no biggie). Yury was apologetic and sounds like he has wonderful plans to make this place even better! I would definitely recommend this place! Side note: my niece left some clothing in the closet and Yury was gracious enough to have it mailed back to her. We appreciated his hospitality.

My family of six loved staying here! The house was very comfortable and clean! The location was perfect as it only took a few minutes to drive down the hill to the beach. There are a few cute little food trucks/shops very close by too that we enjoyed walking to. Yury was a great host, very friendly and easy going. We would recommend staying here for the great location and comfort of the home!

Walking distance to the beach and to the center of town Rincon. Place is very spacious, tall ceiling, big rooms, breathtaking view. All appliances, A/Cs, beds are new.
