Welcome to "Slack Tide", your dream vacation getaway in the heart of the Florida Keys! This luxurious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath single-family home offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Nestled in a prime location with 75ft of dockage out back, this property features a private pristine pool, a foosball table for entertainment, outdoor seating along with a TV to watch the game, an outdoor kitchen perfect for alfresco dining, and a cozy fire pit with seating, perfect for evening gatherings. For those who love outdoor activities, there are kayaks available for your use and bicycles to explore the surrounding area. Enjoy both relaxation and adventure during your stay!

This home boasts three spacious bedrooms with king beds and one with two queen beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a stand-up shower. There's also a convenient half bathroom in the foyer. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, making this the perfect home away from home for your next vacation.

There is ample parking space, including room for a boat trailer.


We do require a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday.

Absolutely no pets and no smoking inside, Including vaping!

Senior Spring Break

We really enjoyed our time at Slack Tide! The house was clean, spacious and had lots of great amenities (kayaks, ping pong table, fire pit, etc.). Katie was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to our questions. The outdoor kitchen/grill provided may great meals and allowed us even more time outside to enjoy the beautiful weather!

The house was clean the pool area and outdoor kitchen area was clean. The only small issues were some of the amenities that are listed on the listing did not work. Otherwise, house was beautiful. Katie was great to work with and our day was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay! Just a few pointers…the lights on the dock need to be fixed, all the hoses had holes in them, pool net had a rip in it so it couldn’t be used, the outdoor furniture could use some TLC. The Adirondack chairs are cracking. Property manager was amazing and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. An ice machine would be a lively addition.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Slack Tide! The house was amazing, outdoor entertainment area was perfect for all meals, the area was great to kayak out and snorkel, all around the perfect vacation! Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Management was very responsive on the few questions we had, great customer service!

Spring break family vacation

Nice , clean home in a safe neighborhood. Kids fished off the dock, kayaking to ocean, enjoyed heated pool! Loved outdoor kitchen and grill. Katie, manager, very helpful!

Nice House

What we liked about the house: Had a nice layout for families renting. Beds were very comfortable. Interior of the house was new and very clean. Pool was great, as was the pool heater for the days we needed it! Katie was great to work with and was always quick to respond. What we didn't love: The airport was pretty noisy. We knew the home was close to the airport, we just didn't expect it to be as busy or as loud as it was. There was also some construction going on across the canal. Obviously this is no fault to the home, just something to consider. We also felt the outdoor area could use some attention. The furniture should be switched out for furniture that can handle the Florida weather. The majority of it was moldy so we never sat on any of it. The kitchen area needs a good power washing of the floor and an organizing and cleaning of the cabinets. Also, the pool toys need to be sorted through and items in bad shape discarded. I may be too picky, but it is such a nice space that we ended up not really using because of the overall feeling. Bikes and kayaks were also not in great shape.

Katie was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to meet our requests. The house was clean and supplied with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The outside kitchen and pool was a wonderful area to spend time with family members both young and old. Would definitely recommend staying here. Had a wonderful stay at this rental.
