A very charming, completely updated 1910 Victorian home one block away from CSU in Old Town Fort Collins. A well maintained yard with patios front & back!
Location is phenomenal for all... alumni, parents of students or those just wanting to take in all that Fort Collins has to offer!
Lincoln Center and Student Union are two blocks away. Canvas Stadium is a fun, scenic less than 10 minute walk. Lucille's just over two blocks and Rainbow room breakfast cafe just around the corner as well.
Location is phenomenal for all... alumni, parents of students or those just wanting to take in all that Fort Collins has to offer!
