Nestled in a prime location, this charming cottage is just a short stroll away from the pristine beach and offers easy access to the many featured amenities of the area. Whether you're seeking the luxury of two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, gym access, tennis/pickle ball courts, a relaxing soak in the hot tub, or the thrill of a round at the renowned Kiva Dunes golf course, Big Blue Cottage has it all.

The cottage is beautifully designed, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The interior is adorned with warm coastal colors and décor that create a welcoming and serene atmosphere. On the main level, you'll find ample family space, including a spacious, fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing meals, a cozy den with a pullout sofa, and a convenient half bath.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms offer peaceful retreats for rest and relaxation. The primary bedroom, with a king-sized bed, provides a view of the 14th fairway and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen-over-queen adult rated bunk bed, ideal for families or groups of friends.

The perfect beach house with numerous amenities!

We had a wonderful week in Fort Morgan. The beach house fit our needs perfectly for our ever growing family. Honestly, all you need to bring are your food, clothes and toiletries. The rest was there waiting for you! We hope to be repeat guests!

Great location for a relaxing family stay!

The house is in a great location for a relaxing beach stay. Lots of room for a family of 6 for enjoy a week at the beach. The location is just far enough from town to be nice and chill but close enough to running in for dinner or groceries. The house has a well stocked kitchen and anything you need to enjoy the beach with your family. The pool is just steps out the front door and the beach isn’t a far walk at all. Will definitely be back the next time we are in gulf shores!

Spacious and clean!

We had a wonderful stay at Big Blue House Cottage! The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. One of our favorite features was the convenient location—just steps from the pool and hot tub, making it easy to relax and enjoy the amenities. The beach was also an easy walk away, which made spending time by the ocean effortless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient beach getaway.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Big Blue Beach Cottage. It has everything you need for a great family beach vacation. Very short walk to the beach, pools very close. Lots of amenities to take advantage of. We will definitely be back.

Excellent stay!

We stayed at this property in May 2025. 5 adults and 3 young kids. It was an excellent space for our family and perfect for young kids. It was a short walk the beach and a pool right out of the front door. We cooked in the home most nights and The kitchen had plenty of space and storage. Everything was clean and well maintained. We recommend without hesitation and plan to return!

We have stayed at Gulf Shores Plantation many times. We tried the beach house this time and loved it! We cant wait to rebook. This side of the complex was more quiet and relaxing! Jade was an exelent communicator and answered all my questions quickly. There was everything we needed in the unit blocks and books for the little one and games for the older ones. One pool was steps away with another one close by and beach just a few min walk away. Everyone in the group has decided this is our new beach vacations spot.
