This lovely mountain home is on 5 acres of expansive private wilderness, where you will have endless opportunities for outdoor exploration.



The Space:

Enjoy the calming sounds of water running through the creek next to the home, creating the perfect backdrop for rest and relaxation. Two levels of decking provide scenic overlooks of the property and forest, complete with a soothing hot tub, screened-in porch, and stone fireplace. All the seclusion and privacy you desire can be yours while also being just a short trip away from downtown Blue Ridge where you’ll find exciting options for dining and shopping. With so much to offer and more, Bear Track Falls is the best way to experience all that northern Georgia has to offer!



Inside the home is just as impressive with a mostly wood interior marrying the ruggedness of the outdoors with luxurious furnishings and décor. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings and large windows for letting in plentiful natural light. The leather sofas surround a cozy stone fireplace and smart TV when you’re ready to relax after a full day of exploring. Just steps away, the dining room table includes room for 6 with overflow barstool seating at the kitchen island for an additional 3. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware, the kitchen has it all and is ready to set the stage for homecooked meals or delicious takeout.



If you’re feeling competitive, a game room on the lower level can host a rousing night of fun with a pool table, checkers, and darts. Guests can also bring their own gaming console from home to enjoy on the smart TV. A second living area here offers a secluded spot for an afternoon nap.



This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests between 2 bedrooms PLUS large loft with 3 beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the lower-level game room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi bathtub ideally situated under a picture window.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 is an upper-level loft which includes 1 King size bed, and 1 twin-over-full bunkbed. The room also has an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

- Pet friendly! An additional daily pet fee of $25 per pet, per night will be applied. 2 pets maximum, a weight limit of 65 lbs. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash, and you pick up after your pet.

• We welcome well-behaved dogs, but please note that cats are not allowed in this property due to homeowner allergies to litter and dander. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- Please note that Early Check-In and Late Check-Out require pre-approval 24 hours in advance and may incur an additional fee.

- This property has paved road all the way however, the driveway is a little bumpy because its gravel. We just want you to know in advance that the short driveway leading up to the cabin short and bit bumpy. It should not affect your experience nor will it require 4x4.

Check out the local guided hikes such as the Blue Ridge Adventure Park and Zipline Canopy Tours, or enjoy nature’s waterparks by way of tubing, kayaking, fishing, and rafting.



Bear Track Falls is just minutes from the shores of Blue Ridge Lake, as well as the town centers of both Blue Ridge and Morgantown with galleries, antique shops, restaurants, marinas, and more! The surrounding areas have unique attractions such as Mercier Orchards, the largest apple orchard in the southeast. Here you can pick your own fruit, enjoy goodies from the bakery, grab a bite to eat at Candy Kitchen, and/or indulge in some Hard Apple Cider and wine made from fruits that they harvest. For those who want to be one with nature, Blue Ridge has hiking trails for both all day hikes and quick hikes.

Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.



Unlike other companies that may charge upwards of $50 for a hot tub cleaning fee, we pride ourselves on transparency and affordability, only adding a $15 charge into our cleaning fee. This nominal fee covers the costs of chemicals, as well as the time and labor invested by our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure a clean and relaxing hot tub experience for every guest. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we trust you'll appreciate the care and attention we put into maintaining our facilities.



Our Basic Provisions:

Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.



In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.



Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!



Other Things to Note:

You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by you and your party during your stay.



If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Daily Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per night will be applied after the booking is complete. A maximum number of 2 pets weight limit per pet is 65lbs can be brought to this property. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. For the safety of your animal and the local wildlife, please keep the pet on a leash when walking, in addition to avoiding fines. Also please pick up after your pooch, no one wants to step in or have to pick up someone else's poopy. Thanks.
