Why they chose this property
This property, for the past 30 years, has been the Piper Restaurant (previously Sandpiper). After owning/operating the restaurant for over 30 years, Pat Eldean decided to retire and the building has entered its next phase and redeveloped into 3 apartments/condos on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a restaurant space on the 1st floor. Unit 1 is now open, Unit #3 was completed in 2018 and the restaurant space has not been occupied yet.
