Lovely vacation

From th beach, it apears that all of the places on Palmetto Dunes have a good view. The place was clean and very well-maintained. The AC worked well. The beds were comfortable. The customer service always answered the phone and were very helpful and polite.There are a variety of delicious restaurants very close by, everything from sandwiches to formal dining. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Staying here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from this unit is awesome! We have stayed here before and have always enjoyed it. We did encounter a couple of minor issues. It was very dusty in some areas of the unit and it seems like the unit needs a little updating and minor maintenance. Overall, I would recommend staying here and hope to again in the future. On this trip we visited Ruan Thai, Hudson's, Giuseppi's pizza, and Charbar and really enjoyed the dishes we ordered. If you are looking for a family friendly activity everyone would enjoy, I would highly recommend the eco-dolphin sunset cruise with Outside Hilton Head!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not being able to check in or use any of the facilities until 4pm, despite the unit being clean and unoccupied was frustrating. We had been traveling since early AM. We were told the resort shuttle ran THROUGH Sept only to find out it had stopped running. This left us with no transportation and had to scramble to find a car rental. The employees at check in were pleasant, but not terribly helpful with both the late check in and the miscommunication re the on site trolley service. Definitely needed a car, as the resort is massive. The unit we rented was clean but very dated, especially the bathrooms. The beach and view from our balcony were 5 star!

Only down side was that both bathrooms have jetted tubs. These can be difficult for older people to access.

Location the precise 414 residence was somewhat more difficult as there are no external identification designations for 414 which are easily located. Amenities were fine, view was excellent, furnishings were excellent with exception of very poor quality paper towels and toilet tissue. Residence was quiet. Garage parking was challenging but navigable.

We could not have asked for anything more....except maybe the ability to stay and vacation longer. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again.
