Nestled in the heart of downtown Charleston, John Street offers the perfect blend of accessibility and tranquility. Within walking distance to all the top attractions in downtown, this home is tucked away in the peaceful Garden District, bordered by Meeting Street to the west, East Bay Street to the east, Calhoun Street to the south, and Ann Street to the north. Just two blocks from the Charleston Music Hall, King Street's shopping district, Marion Square Park, Hotel Bennett, and Hall's Chophouse, you’ll be close to it all!
This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers a rare opportunity to experience a classic 1850s Charleston Single House with all the modern amenities like an elevator that takes you to the second floor. Tenants are limited to 30 years of age and over and are required to sign a lease contract and pay a security deposit. There is a 30 night minimum.
