We live here a large majority of the year and we keep it in Tip-Top condition. We are interested in renters who do not smoke, are bringing no animals, have no drug usage, and are very quiet. Our Management in the building will not allow loud tenants. This floor that you are interested in is made up of seven different units with quiet owners who are primarily over the age of 50.

Excellent location and hosts

Wonderful stay in excellent location for all downtown Denver has to offer (much within walking distance). The hosts were amazing in their communication and responsiveness. Highly recommend this rental.

Fabulous apartment with a spectacular view

The apartment is amazing! Wonderful interior, the view of the Rockies is second to none. It's in a great building with high security and 24 hour service. Loved the area - several parks within walking distance, 2 rivers with walking and biking paths, close to all amenities- restaurants, supermarkets, 16th st mall. The owners are lovely and super responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment with amazing view

Staying at this property was an absolute treat, and I hated to leave when it was time. It is an absolutely wonderful one bedroom with one of the best views I've ever seen in Denver. The gym and pool amenities make this place feel like you are staying at a fancy resort, and the location at Union Station makes for unending entertainment. Rick and Ali were very easy to work with and the renting process was very smooth. The apartment is perfect for 1-2 people, has all the equipment one might need, and is well-designed. Renters should be aware that the train tracks are indeed loud, but I felt like this actually added an element of kitschy coolness and urban feel to the rental. This may be one of the nicest VRBO properties in all of Denver, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I can't tell you how pleased my wife and I were that we rented our loft to Matthew! He was the model tenant during his 34-night stay. He was kind, extremely responsible, timely in his responses, and most importantly treated our house as if it was his own! The loft was undamaged and clean which gave us great piece of mind as it is our primary residence. Matthew reached out with questions and even offered to stock requested home supplies if it would help us acclimate easier when we returned!! Matthew is not a wild partier and was extremely respectful of all of our buildings rules and regulations. If you're not sure who to rent your property to, Matthew is your guy. He is welcome to stay at our loft anytime in the future! Thank you for your review Matthew!!
