Includes free use of nearby, ocean-front beach club with a huge, temp-controlled pool.

Lower Level - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom + living area with Sofa-sleeper bed
Main Level - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area.
Loft Level - 1 bedroom, with 4 twin beds

37 feet of dock & step-down area.
Fish table, electric, water hose, bait freezer

This living space looks out a sliding glass door with nice views of the backyard and canal.

We have 2 kayaks with paddles for your use.
There are 2 lounge chairs in the backyard
and there is a gas grill with propane for you to enjoy.

The second-floor patio id furnished with a dining table with 6 chairs, 3 ceiling fans and is a perfect place to have dinner or happy hour!
With ample parking in front and room for just about any size trailer, this home is extremely accommodating.

TV remotes did not work. Pull out couch broken. Did not get our money's worth. Would not recommend.

I was less than satisfied by the cleanliness of the home. While yes it is an older home, there were still stains on sheets and hair left in beds. I ended up washing all bedding before sleeping in it. There was also dried pee on the toilets and almost all of the surfaces did not look to have been wiped down. The kitchen counters were sticky and I was thankful to have packed clorox wipes so I could wipe everything down. They also didn't have enough toilet paper for the week, nor did they leave any trash bags. I know it's a rental but I would expect that some of the basic necessities would be included, especially for the amount of money we paid for the week. The location was nice, but probably would not stay here again.
