Enjoy your Florida Keys Vacation at the NEWLY LISTED Villa Mars! This recently renovated two bedroom, two bathroom single level home is the perfect place for your tropical getaway! Centrally located on 29th Street in The City of Marathon, you will be right in the middle of all the action and attractions with most being within walking/biking distance. The home comes fully stocked with everything youll need to be comfortable during your stay. Bedroom one and two both have large comfortable queen size beds and the spacious family room has a pullout couch for your extra guests. The dining room offers the perfect place to enjoy your home cooked meals during your stay. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensil's youll need to prepare your favorite meals while on vacation! In house washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience. The backyard and outdoor areas provide ample space to enjoy the natural beauty of the Florida Keys. There is ample parking for multiple cars and if you're bringing your boat, we have room for trailer parking as well! Dont think twice, book your perfect stay with us today!

Villa Mars is centrally located in The City of Marathon and offers easy access to Marathons biggest attractions such as the 7 mile bridge, Turtle Hospital, Fishing and leisure charters, as well jet ski and boat rentals. Villa Mars is also located nearby to many restaurants and luxury resorts so if you're a foodie or in town for an event this home is the perfect fit for you! Getting around town is easy, renting a car is recommended however most attractions are within biking distance and local cabs are inexpensive, quick and only a phone call away!
Other Things to Note:
This home is pet friendly. The pet fee is $200 per pet with a maximum of two pets.
Strict no smoking/vaping indoors. Smoking permitted outdoors along the perimeter of the home.
Cancellation Policy - Strict â 60 day
Cancellations 60 days before check-in receive a 100% refund minus service and cancellation fees.
Cancellations within 60 days of check in receive 50% refund.
Cancellations within 30 days of check in receive no refund.
All cancellations for confirmed reservations will incur a $100 cancellation charge.

A local property manager is on call 24/7 to assist you during your stay.
