Beachside Fun

We had an amazing stay at this beachside condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand and close to everything. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything our family needed, including comfy beds. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with ocean views. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway!

Fall Break getaway

My wife and I, two sons and one of their friends stayed here for five nights over Fall Break and really enjoyed it. You can't beat the walk to the beach! Really comfortable accomodations.

Fall Break

The condo was exactly as detailed. Very clean. It was directly across from the beach. Plenty of parking. Supermarket around the corner, the boardwalk was only a couple minutes drive. Several piers were in close proximity. We had a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This my 1st time getting a condo. I love the price i love that the kitchen was fully furnished. I hate the weather was just okay. I wish i was closer to the strip but i like we wasnt around everyone. Very quiet. I would love to come back again. Thanks for making my 1st experience a great one.

But the furniture was a bit uncomfortable and old. The master bedroom mattress was sagging and had a "pit" in the middle.

Great location

The unit was perfect for us. We called about a few pretty major things. The shower valves for turning on and off the shower were not working in either bathroom. The main bath right sink was clogged. They management maintenence only addressed the clogged sink. It would have been perfect if the showers were addressed.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Anchorage after Luxury Beach Rentals had to relocate us the day we were supposed to arrive at another rental because they were notified that construction was going to begin on that property. The pool at Anchorage was off limits the last 2 weeks of our vacation, which was disappointing. Our original unit was ocean front, and we would not settle for an ocean view unit if given a choice, but we were between a rock and a hard place. The unit itself was lovely, but we were on the south side and had no sun on our balcony and the ocean view was only from the master and loft bedrooms and the balconies. Many restaurants were nearby.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in an excellent location. It is across the street from the beach with an outside pool. It is close enough to restaurants and attractions without being in a congested area.You should know that it is an older property that is no longer pristine. The A/C worked well but the third bedroom is a loft that will be much warmer than the rest of the condo.The manager disclosed that toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and dishwasher soap are just starter packs so bring more if you are not eating most meals out.You will also need butter or cooking oil, spices and anything you need other than pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.The beds are ok. The condo was average clean but far from very clean.The trash receptacles did not work and the dryer continued for a long period.The elevator along with the trash bin outside were broken when we arrived but were fixed.

Reviewer Comments: Things started off ok rental did have a dying roach under the table but it was only one and I know they mentioned pest control in my agreement,I had two trash cans in my kitchen area both did not have batteries for the convenience of the wave and automatic lift, I notified management and they said they would handle it but it was never resolved, I also called maintenance about not being able to access the patio from my bedroom and I was told that maintenance came while I was out and the door is snug but fine which did not solve my problem

Thanksgiving Gathering

The outer view takes away from the interior. Everything went well no issues. I would suggest bringing your own toliet tissue and bath towels/washcloths, little was provided in a 3 bedroom condo.

October 2022 Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived just after the hurricane had hit the Myrtle beach area. Power was out to 2/3 of Anchorage 1 building. We were fortunate that our section still had power. Power was restored early the next morning to the complete complex. Unit was clean and ready for our stay upon arrival. Issues with the pool heater after the storm which took a few days to resolve. Pool area is starting to show its age and requires some attention which hopefully will be completed in the near future. Documentation should be updated to include when the pool heater is shut down for the season. Is it by a specific date or when the average daily temperature is below a threshold. There was some head scratching on why the heater was shut off before months end. Eventually the heater was turned back on after some discussion between the owners board. People are very friendly, overall good time.

Excellent location for beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an ideal location for a family vacation to Myrtle Beach. It is far enough away from the high rises and party scene so it is generally quiet and quite pleasant. You are 600ft from the beach. The pool is also great and was always clean. The unit was a bit dated but had all the amenities necessary. The only negative is that the unit did not seemed to be cleaned particularly well before our stay.

Great, quiet area.

Great place, even if you have to cross the street to get to the beach. Quiet area, enjoyed it better than staying at a hotel. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit given we were at the beach and pool daily.
