La segunda habitación ofrece una cama queen, la tercera habitación ofrece dos camas individuales y la cuarta habitación ofrece dos camas queen. Otras características incluyen televisores de pantalla plana, lavadora y secadora grandes, y cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, este condominio crea una estancia amplia y espaciosa para usted y sus invitados. The condo was very clean and had gorgeous decor throughout. Very nice pool/hottub area. The beach was easily accessible from the condo.

Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year at South Wind through Luxury Beach Rentals and it was just as awesome as the first. The room was clean and spacious with all of the amenities. The only double edged sword was the floor level...amazing because it was only one short flight of stairs if we didn’t want to wait on the elevator to get to our car but also while the view was breathtaking, the tree tops were just a bit in the way as opposed to any floor above the third. Overall a wonderful condo that I would highly recommend and LBR was communicative and responsive whenever needed (which wasn’t often because this unit had all that we needed).

Girls trip

Check in was at 4 pm. At 3:58 still had not received any communication on checkin with door code or anything. I called the number listed and she said it was still 2 min and should receive the code anytime. I got the code, the maintenance man was still working at the property. He left about 20-30 min after we arrived. The couch cushions had been steam cleaned and were soaking wet. We had to put them on the balcony to dry the first evening. The couch had debris and was dirty where they had raised the cushions up to steam them so we had to run the vacuum on the couch. The coffee tables and end tables still had crumbs on them as well. Other than those issues the property was clean everywhere else. No check out instructions received, texted the mgr to ask what needed to be done, she said it should be in the link but never found or received the link. Overall great area on the beach, pools, hot tubs were very nice and several on the property. Beach was wide and clean.

Beautiful condo. Breathtaking ocean front views from oversized balcony. Soooo much space for my family of 6. Clean. Easy check in and check out process. Amazing location close to everything. We felt so comfortable and right at home. Very spacious.

50th Anniversary Getaway

My spouse and I chose this location for our 50th Anniversary. Several family members joined us. The accommodations certainly met our expectations. We found several items that needed minor repairs. Once we contacted the property manager, everything was promptly taken care of. The condo was well stocked and nicely decorated. We loved the location and access to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

The hallway right outside our door was covered with debris. The carpeting on the balcony needed vacuumed. We took care of that. The sliding glass door to the balcony was very dirty. I cleaned that. The knob to turn on the shower in the hall bathroom was completely broken. No shower in there. They are little items, but for the price, they should have been taken care of.

Loved our stay!

Amazing condo for a bigger group, plenty of space and all the amenities. Great pools and just steps to the beach in a little more residential area if you're looking to find a quieter spot, but still less than 10 min to all the attractions in Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful home with beach view

Our large family enjoyed this home with amazing beach views. We loved opening the large plantation shutters and letting the sunrise stream into the home. Coffee just tastes better while listening to the waves on a balcony that overlooks the beach.

Our family enjoyed celebrating my sister-in-laws 50th birthday and an early Christmas celebration. The condo lacked all of the normal comforts of others we have stayed at. No toilet paper, no trash bags, no spices, spare blankets, or remote controls for the TVs. It was as if an amazing condo was purchased specifically to turn profit without thoughts of the guest. The property agent did not email us the details until I called and did not respond to my inquiries.

Nice condo, but...

Nice condo, on the beach, in a good location. Disappointed that wifi didn't work (as advertised). I called property management, but it was after hours and didn't think it qualified as an emergency. Also, tv's were difficult to figure out and we couldn't find some of the remotes. Got the one in the Great room to work but Spectrum offered limited channels without additional subscriptions. Also, 1 roll of paper towels (cheap ones), one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (also cheap stuff) and only 1 extra trash bag. Seriously?...there were 4 of us (one adult in each bedroom) for 5 nights. For what we paid (and the high quality condo and furnishings, seems kind of crazy to go cheap on these things. Need to upgrade and increase supply to fit number of guests to be consistent with the quality of the condo and the price we paid! Can't give it a 5 because of the stuff listed above.

Much needed "vitamin SEA"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am very picky when renting vacation rental condo's. South Wind is by far the best condo's and why we Love this area of Myrtle Beach. Close to everything, from Mall shopping to grocery shopping. Favorite buffet is Crabby Mike's, a little drive to Surfside but well worth it. We have rented through Luxury Beach Rentals at least 4 times and never any issues, great customer service.

Condo Stay

For my birthday we ended up having to move to a location that we did not book due to unforeseen circumstances. The sheets and shower curtain were dirty so we went to Walmart and grabbed our own. The location of the property was nice though, it was oceanfront and had a Starbucks across the street. Plenty of parking in the deck across the street, as well. There is a cute pool/lazy river area too.

We had a family of 8 people on this trip, this unit was fantastic. Equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities. Beds we comfortable and the unit is very well decorated and the layout is open and is great for families. Loved it!

Heaven on Earth

We had a family visit with our mother-in-law which is terminal with pancreatic cancer. This was an amazing home where we could all gather for this last time. It was fully stocked and felt like we were home. Besides one broken chair and a couple blind slats, it was in absolute perfect condition. The management response was super fast and they took care of anything that we needed addressed. We would definitely stay again.
