Beautiful 11th floor unit w/ huge wrap around balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / 2500 square ft / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large roman tub and flat screen tvs! Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 4 bedroom suite on the 11th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic with floor to glass windows and huge wrap around balcony! This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and a walk-in closet as well as tile flooring. The second room offers two twin beds, the third room offers one king bed and the fourth bedroom offers two queen beds. Other features include smart TVs in all rooms, full sized washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

This is our 2nd time staying at South Winds and it won't be our last. Located close to many great restaurants and activities. The beach front balcony is large and had more than adequate seating for our family of 6. The hot tubs, lazy river and pool are well maintained. The resort is quiet at this time of year. The ease of booking online is a huge plus. Luxury Beach rentals was very responsive to any and all questio s and they kept me well informed on all needed information. Check in and Check out is non contact and as easy as can be. You won't regret booking this condo!

The property (inside and out) was spectacular! It was more than enough room for all of my family to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the ocean breeze. We will definitely be returning!The property is close to restaurants and shopping. The Tanger Outlets is only about 15 mins away, as well. This is definitely the place to stay!

Lovely and spacious condo, centrally located and exactly as described. We’ve been staying in Myrtle since 06, and really enjoyed this unit. Family of 8; grandparents, parents, aunt/uncle, 2 kids (3 and 12). Condo is big so we weren’t on top of each other. Full kitchen, living room had seating for everyone but the balcony was the star of the show. Really appreciated the full compliment of quality furniture with seating for 12, and we spent a lot of time out there watching sunrises and thunderstorms. You have to supply your own beach towels; bring extra as the dryer required 2 cycles to fully dry. The 10 person dining room table allowed for nice breakfasts, and being close to Broadway and Barefoot meant quick access to entertainment, shopping, restaurants. The inside pool was on the cooler side, but outside pools were in the sun until 3:30pm each day. Property was clean, elevators are large, parking on top level was fine but there’s a tight turn to get to street level, just go slow. Outside unit there is an unlocked closet with all manner of beach chairs and toys, contents probably vary each rental. Bring a cooler, extra hangers, Clorox wipes. Water pressure was great, trash disposal easy, checking in/out was done via text and Wi-Fi reached out to the beach which had a Life Guard station right in front of building. Would be great for the property to have a bathroom for the pool area, but owners can’t help that. Really appreciated this unit, thank you!

Something for everyone from the easy walk to the beach to the outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The corner balcony had plenty of space for all us! Few glitches but maintenance was helpful.

Great location… clean and convenient. Biggest down fall is the pool closes when the beach closes one incentive of renting from a place with a pool was if the beach was closed due to weather we could still use the pool and this isn't the case maybe advertise that.

This was a quiet and family friendly part of the beach. My kids loved the lazy river. Great condo and luxury rentals were very easy to communicate with. Property as Advertised

We stayed here for a long weekend over Easter. It worked great for our family which included three small group families. Three bathrooms were awesome. Outdoor balcony was beautiful for sunrise view but this is the 11th floor so the height might not be for everyone. Our check-in was a bit late (We couldn’t get in till about 4:30), But the pool area is open for use before that. There is no lobby or people on site to help so it is all electronic communication. The place is right on the beach, which is beautiful. It’s in a good neighborhood with restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance. But, you’ll probably want a car to get around Myrtle Beach. It is a ways down from the touristy boardwalk area, which we thought was nice to be away from. There were enough supplies to get us through the weekend except we didn’t need extra toilet paper so throw a few rolls in your suitcase. We also brought our own beach towels. Overall, great place to stay!

Great Vacation but Corporate Ran

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location and place to stay. It was large enough for the extended family. It was great having direct beach access and use of the pools and hot tubs. I would recommend. However, I will be more cautious when booking corporate ran places going forward. Having only basic supplies of 1 toilet paper roll, 1 dishwasher soap run, etc is more hassle and costly than it is worth. When I stay at privately owned places all of this is taken care of. I don't have to worry about buying a small dishwasher soap so I can run the dishwasher while I'm there, etc. Also, be cautious, when staying here, if you leave the windows open to get a cross breeze (and not use the A/C), your fire alarms will go off due to the humanity. I called the corporate number and they had no clue and were not concerned. We found out from neighbors as to the humidity issue.

Myrtle Beach 2204

The property was very nice and well maintained. It is bigger than many of the other places we have rented over the years. It was perfect for our 10 person family. The 10 person dining table was also a nice feature.

The view from the balcony was amazing - we even saw dolphins! This condo had a well equipped kitchen, four bedrooms with comfortable beds and exceptionally clean. The location was good - right at the beach but also a good size pool and lazy river.

This unit was very clean but a lil outdated. The wraparound balcony is “Huge”! Even with the unit being on the 11th floor “The View” was “Awesome”!We enjoyed our stay

The facility was well maintained, quiet and convenient. When we checked in one of the AC units wasn’t working. We called and within an hour it was fixed. The management company that manages this property is great. If I had one negative I would say that the carpets are worn and torn in some areas. They need to be replaced. Beds comfy, pillows and bedding clean and kitchen well equipped
