Great Location, Little Traffic

Nicely kept condominium complex. Restaurants, Publix, UPS Store. Easy access to Boca Grande and Englewood beaches. This unit also has a canopy over the parking which is nice in warm weather.This is a great value for a stay in Gulf Coast Florida.
