West End Chic is a Bright, Spacious Home with Unique Touches & Family-Friendly Fun!

***Please Read Full Property Description Before Booking!***

West End Chic is an large, old home built in 1867. While much of the first floor has been beautifully updated with modern finishes, the second and third floor maintain their period charm and character.

AIR CONDITIONING:

This home does not have central air.

- Air conditioning (window units) is only available on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house. Every room on those floors has A/C.

- The first floor does not have A/C, but there are fans available. This part of the house is very well shaded and does not typically require air conditioning.

FIRST FLOOR:

The first floor is a wonderful place to gather with friends and family!

- Two Sitting Rooms (White and Orange)

- Half Bathroom

SECOND FLOOR:

Travel up the grand spiral staircase to the second floor, or go up the back steps located in the kitchen (these ones are steep!).

THIRD FLOOR:

Steps to the third floor are steep and narrow. Please plan accordingly.

This house is fabulous- very chic, clean and a great location. The communication with the host was great and they even brought over local baked goods !The house was perfect for our large group and very well equipped!

We were just surprised at a few pieces of artwork. Not child friendly in our way of thinking. We did have one 10 year old with us. The rest was great. I loved the bread set out for us. It was clean and the kids loved the pool table.
