The Space:

Indulge in coastal luxury in this expansive home. The main level boasts a lavish Master Suite with a King bed and smart TV, alongside a convenient laundry area and a half bath. The fully-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, and the dining room comfortably accommodates eight guests. Unwind in the living room, complete with a smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace. Upstairs, discover an open room featuring a Queen Murphy bed, smart TV, and PlayStation, complemented by a sitting area that opens onto a deck with breathtaking ocean views. Two additional bedrooms each offer a Queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub. The lower level provides entertainment with two kayaks, a golf cart, and a dedicated games area. Outside, relish the barbecue space with a wood table, a fire pit with seating, and a hot tub, all while soaking in the ocean vistas. Outdoor furniture and a short stroll to the beach complete this idyllic vacation retreat.

Primary Bedroom (Main Level)

The luxurious Master Suite is located on the main floor and features a King-size bed, a Smart TV, and a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. This level also provides easy access to the laundry area and a nearby half bathroom, offering convenience for guests staying on the main floor.



Bedroom 2 (Upper Level)

An open-style loft bedroom upstairs includes a Queen Murphy bed, a Smart TV, and a PlayStation for entertainment. This area also features a comfortable sitting space and access to a private deck with beautiful ocean views, creating a relaxing retreat.



Bedroom 3 (Upper Level)

A cozy bedroom furnished with a Queen-size bed, offering a comfortable and quiet place for guests to rest.



Bedroom 4 (Upper Level)

Another inviting bedroom with a Queen-size bed, ideal for additional guests or family members.



Bathrooms

• 1 Full Bathroom (Upper Level) – Includes a bathtub/shower combination, toilet, and vanity, conveniently serving the upstairs bedrooms.

• 1 Half Bathroom (Main Level) – Located near the living area and laundry space for easy guest access.



Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including four private bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living areas. Enjoy outdoor amenities such as a BBQ grill, and a hot tub. The property also features a garage, free parking on the premises, and a garden/backyard for your enjoyment. You'll also have access to the beach, offering a perfect setting for relaxation and recreation.

Getting Around:

Getting around our property at Pocasset, MA 02559, USA, is straightforward. We offer free parking on the premises for your convenience. If you're arriving by air, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is about a 1 hour and 27-minute drive (68.3 miles). For exploring the area, local attractions and dining options are nearby, with The Bog Tavern just a 5-minute drive away, and beaches such as Hen's Cove Public Beach and Barlows Landing Beach within a 10-minute drive. Public transportation options are limited in this area, so a car is recommended for getting around.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We kindly request that you respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The property is located in a residential neighborhood, and we appreciate your consideration for our neighbors. Parking is available on-site, and there is free parking on the premises. Pets are allowed, and charges may apply. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
