Gorgeous four bedroom home with a private pool in Sea Pines Resort. Wonderful open kitchen with stainless steel appliances overlooking the very large living room area with giant flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, dishes and all the utensils you will need to prepare the gourmet meals for the family on vacation. Dining area seats eight people and the eat in kitchen bar area has four bar stools. Living room is very comfortable with a large couch and chairs to watch movies and sports on the very large smart TV. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 41 Lawton Rd is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

There is a bedroom on the main floor with a king size bed and en suite master bath. There are two guest rooms on the second floor that share a full bath. The first guest room has a queen size bed and the second guest room has two doubles. The top floor consists of an oversize bonus room for the kids and another large bedroom with a king size bed and day bed. The bath is shared by the bedroom and guests in the bonus room. The outdoor pool is wonderfully landscaped and private to relax in after a great day at the beach or golf course. Luxury showers, high end appliances and high ceilings make this home a great home away from home. Pool can be heated for $120 per day or $700 per week. Four car passes are included.

Sea Pines Resort offers over $250 million in amenities, bike paths, golf courses and restaurants. Enjoy the Sea Pines Beach Club with oceanfront restaurants and bars or enjoy Harbourtown with spectacular views from the Quarterdeck restaurant. The food is wonderful and the views are even better, great sunsets over Calibogue sound. Sea Pines offers miles of shaded bike paths, three golf courses, world class tennis and pickle ball courts or you can fish or jet ski out of Harbourtown. Lawton stables offers horse back rides thru the Sea Pines Forest preserve. Lifeguards have beach chairs and umbrellas you can rent on the beach.
