The spacious layout includes 3 Kings, 2 Twin-over-Full Bunk Beds, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa, along with two inviting living areas. From the moment you enter, the open living room with wall-to-wall glass overlooking the golf course creates a bright, airy atmosphere, while an additional living space with a pull-out sofa offers views of the pool.

The heart of the home is the luxury kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, a large island, and seamless flow into the dining and living spaces. A wet bar adds sophistication, perfect for entertaining. Multiple dining areas—indoors and outdoors—allow you to enjoy meals with stunning views of the golf course or under the stars by the private pool. Great Property and Location

The house and location were great. We enjoyed the easy access to the bike/ leisure trails and loved the great view of Heron Point golf course. The property is nicely secluded but very close to the beach club and Harbor Town. We'd certainly rent here again.

Annual Family Beach Trip

We loved our 35 nights on Red Maple road! The house was recently remodeled and perfect for us, our Goldendoodle, and our daughters’ family when they came for a week. Great property for a family with 4 kids (4-14 years old) and a dog. Fenced in pool area was nice. Entertainment room with toys, puzzles, and games was a bonus. Kitchen had everything needed to cook our meals. Bikes and beach chairs on property were a blessing. Loved being on the golf course located close to the leisure trail.

Anniversary Trip

We had an enjoyable vacay at Sea Pines. This area in Hilton Head is beautiful and quiet. We took walks and drove all over the island experiencing different venues. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable mattresses and furniture. Good to know; there was no salt and pepper or shampoo. We always take our own shampoo so not a problem but no salt and pepper was surprising. They do have some other spices. We also had to buy some laundry detergent and left it for the next guests so I hope they left it there for them. We would stay here again but would definitely stop and stock up on everyday staples.

2nd Stay Here

This house was cleaner and nicer (new kitchen and nicer furniture) since our first stay back in 2021. The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the swimming pool and being able to have our dogs stay with us. Some of the decking has been replaced, but more boards are rotten and should be replaced before someone falls through them. We did have a neighbor from a couple of houses down who came into the back yard one night and was watching us cook inside the house, which was creepy. Once he knew we saw him, he left and we had no further issues with him. The other neighbors were nice and welcoming. We will be back!

Beautiful house with pool

We had never rented a house before but this house made it possible for us all to stay under the same roof without being crowded and tiptoeing around each other. The pool is a little smaller than it appears in the pictures but there were six of us and we got along just fine. One day it was a little cloudy in the water and when we called to report it, the pool maintenance people were on their way immediately. Sparkling water was the result! For people who want to do some cooking during their stay, the kitchen is really nice and there was nothing we needed that we could not find except possibly an additional pizza pan. The beds were very comfortable and having to teenage boys meant that the couches were well used as beds since they like to stay up later than the rest of us. Nice TVs and what I would call a game room outside one of the king bedrooms was a great addition.

The inside was beautifully renovated which made hanging out inside just as enjoyable as out by the pool. The kitchen was adequately stocked and had updated appliances. The location is perfect in heart of Sea Pines. The walking/bike path of Plantation Club golf courses was right at the end of the street. My only concern of the rental was the condition of the wood patio by the pool. It’s in desperate need of a complete repair, and with something that’s not wood. Multiple people of my group either got splinters, tripped, or had the wood crack/cave on them when walking. The planks are rotted and uneven which just is not safe around a pool. I hope the owner / property manager has this on their list of things to update because the rest of the house is perfect! We would love to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wouldn't hesitate to book this house again. The management company was outstanding. The layout makes it ideal if you're sharing the house with another family or have parents/grandparents staying with you - two bedrooms on one side and the primary on the other. Plenty of space if you're the type that needs a little space sometimes. Location of the house is great. There's a walking/bike path one driveway away from the house that connects you to any direction you'll want to go. Less than a five minute walk to the Plantation Golf Club clubhouse. It's almost in the middle of Salty Dog and the Beach Club from a direction standpoint. We biked to both multiple times and didn't hear a complaint from either one of our kids about the distance. House is at the end of a street so no car traffic. There's a Harris Teeter a few minutes away which is very convenient. Look at the dates of the other reviews because I think the rental company has made updates to the house based on what I read vs. how it is. No issues with the pool deck, it's all pavers and has plenty of seating.

Two bedrooms on one wing with a shared bath and then a large separation (living room/kitchen/den) between that side and primary bedroom wing. The den off the primary is a great separate play area for kids or in my case was used as ahome office. Very easy to close off this room from the rest of the house for a quiet place to work. Pool felt a good bitsmaller than pictured but was all we needed and watching the golfers come by in the backyard was fun. Yet we didn’t feel like they were right on top of us or that we were visible to them while sunbathing. Only real complaint is it feels like this house could greatly benefit from two AC units or split thermostats. The primary wing runs a good 3-4 degrees warmer than the other bedrooms so we battled on the thermostat for 10 days. One side of house was freezing while other side was borderline warm.

Reviewer Comments: The good things about this home are its location, its roominess, pool, and bikes. It is an older home and is need of maintenance and cleaning. There were cobwebs everywhere, dust on everything, baseboards haven't been cleaned in a really long time, no measuring cups, no pitcher, skillet is warped and spins on the eye, towels are scratchy and too small, decking boards are rotten in places, only one extra kitchen garbage bag provided, zero chlorine in pool upon arrival (which made it unusable until pool company arrived next day), outdoor furniture is old and dirty, fitted sheets don't stay smooth, thermostat will not go below 72. If it hadn't been for the small wall unit it would have been very uncomfortable. We experienced several live roaches and spiders.At arrival the Island Rentals office is hard to find--there are no obvious numbers on the complex buildings. Prior to arrival I purchased an additional Sea Pines pass which was not included in our check-in packet. If I owned this home I would hope that its maintenance and cleaning were being given a lot more attention.
