Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave bedding unmade in the respective room. Place used towels in shower. Any furniture that has been moved, return to its original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a gem. We stayed with our family and it was perfect. Clean, well equipped, great pool area with putting green and corn hole kept kids occupied. Nice private casita away from the young kids for my older son. Clear instructions and responsive host. Would def come back!!

It’s a quiet neighborhood and safe neighborhood. A great mix of seniors and those with families. It's a short drive to Scottsdale and plenty of places to shop, restaurants galore, parks with farmers markets, etc...
