First i would like to thank the host for being accommodating. The place was beautiful and clean. There were extra towels, lighting and WIFI. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, unique and near the boardwalk.
This micro house was very comfortable and a cute experience. Coffee on the couch (porch) in the morning among the tropics plants was a bonus. The host was highly communicative and fixed our minor problem quickly then left us a bottle of wine!
What a cute little place in the most amazing neighborhood (and very quiet)! I was in town for meetings at TGH and wanted to find a place close where I could bring my puppy. I got in a little early and they were nice enough to give me an early check in. They Kcups, tea, sugar and even a bottle of wine to greet me. Everything was very clean, and the air conditioning temp was perfect. Plenty of towels were left and comfy pillows also. The deck is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night. I have meetings at the hospital annually, so this will for sure be my go to plae to stay moving forward!

Location was good. River walk was nothing. House and yard were cute. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was smallest i have seen even Europes. Shoulders touched both sides of shower. Could hardly turn and i am a thin person. Smallness was definitely an issue.Texted when leaving hours early but was my car was blocked in. No one came to move cars had to back through a very tight space through the yard to get out. I was not pleased with the communication from beginning of stay till the end.

We were really excited about our stay but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The pool was not clean, the light fixture above the bed was hanging down due to a missing bolt, and the entire home had an overwhelming mildew smell. The odor was so strong that I had to go out and purchase spray just to make it bearable, but ultimately we ended up leaving in the middle of the night because of it. Even the blankets had an unpleasant smell. When I brought this up to the hosts, they said it was likely due to the humid weather but did not offer any solution. Sadly, this made our stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. I would not stay here again.
While the property mirrored the pictures online, this was the worse check in process I have ever experienced! The property owner sent several emails outlining the check in with detail. But neglected to include the door code. I had a major event in Tampa but was an hour late trying to secure the code. I had to call VBRO help line and started a chat to get some contact info for the property owner. After frantic lobbying by me, they provided me a telephone number which was incorrect. I finally decided to go to a hotel. On my way to the card, I received a text with the door code. I will never agree to rent again without adequate contact information

Hi Linda, We apologize for the issue. according to our time line, you had your code within 40 min of your 1st request. The codes were sent but would not open the door. This was brand new Schlague lock and there was a problem with the lock and it was replaced right after your stay.
We did everything we could to assist you and we apologize that it caused an inconvenience.
