Your peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle, home away from home awaits you! This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental condo in Myrtle Beach is situated in the World Tour Golf Resort. Start the day on the private, covered balcony, overlooking the golf course and large pond, before heading to the beach/downtown Myrtle Beach... only 6 miles away! Make lunch in the fully equipped kitchen and end the evening with a dip in the resort style community pool!

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Pool, gas grill, clubhouse, gym. Tickets for the World Tour Golf Course are
available on their website. A bar/grill, open to the public, is located at the course as well.

MAIN LIVING FEATURES: Open-concept interior with vaulted ceiling, sectional couch, dining table, smart TV

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, coffee maker

GENERAL: Bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer, central A/C, free WIFI

PARKING: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Boats, trailers, ATVs, RVs and motorcycles
are not allowed to park on the property at any time.

PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.

OTHER: NO PARTIES OR SMOKING. Absolutely no smoking at our condo— if you do, there is an extra $500 cleaning fee. Thank you for understanding! This rental is located on the 3rd floor (there IS an
elevator in the building).

The condo was clean & super comfortable. Having two double beds in the 2nd bedroom was great for our adult children. Location was perfect-halfway between CCU & the beach. Tatiana is super responsive & answered all my questions (even the stupid ones!) I would recommend this condo if your not looking to be on the beach.

We loved the condo. The elevator was a huge plus for our family of 5. The condo was equipped with everything mentioned in the vrbo description. The host addressed a few small problems and answered all of our questions. Great place for a family to stay.
