Great location, but room for improvement

The unit matched the description and photos, with great natural light and convenient ski-in/ski-out access. However, there were a few issues:No parking pass was provided at arrival, and Vacasa's management status with the property caused confusion. The building manager, though helpful, had to intervene to prevent towing. We weren’t given access to the ski lockers, leaving us without proper gear storage despite signs prohibiting skis/boots in the unit. This is disappointing for a ski-in/ski-out property. The blinds didn’t work, making the unit very bright in the morning. Most drawers were filled with linens or personal items, leaving limited space for our belongings. The thermostat was tricky, reading 4F higher than the actual temperature. The sofa isn’t a true pull-out and it's difficult to use sheets on it.On the plus side, there’s a hot tub on the property (not listed), and the location provides easy access to the mountain. Note: this is a two-floor walk-up with no elevator.
