Newly renovated condo with incredible views of Southwest Florida's 10,000 islands. Situtated in one of Marco Island's most luxurious condo complexes with its own private beach access. Enjoy an evening cocktail or a relaxing nap on the comfortably furnished 5th floor Lanai while looking out onto the endless expanse of the Gulf. Property includes large private fishing pier where you can quite easily reel in tonight's dinner!

Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bath featuring a large walk-in shower, and soothing ocean views.

Second Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and attached bath providing plenty of relaxing space for your guests.

Den can double as a third bedroom with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and TV, ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Living and dining areas are bright, open and airy with comfortable furnishings, creating a welcoming ambiance to unwind after a day of sun and sand.

Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, and everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals with family and friends.

Linens, towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo all provided in baths. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler also provided for your enjoyment at the beach - just a short walk down a lovely path leading from the condo. TV's in living room, den and both bedrooms.

Amazing views with a great location!

Absolutely loved our stay at Cape Marco! The view from this 5th floor condo was amazing, seeing dolphins almost every day. Outdoor lanai had lots of seating with very comfortable furniture with a majority of lanai shaded during of the day.The condo was clean, decorated in a beachy vibe with a well furnished living space. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in and bathroom had everyday living essentials supplied. The beds and linens were very comfortable and even the pullout sofa for a short time frame.The complex has a private beach access to south beach and items for a day at the beach are provided in the condo with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler. The condo pool area is nice with tables, loungers and umbrellas if wanting another option to enjoy the sunshine.The condo complex is located less than a mile walk to the Marco Walk Plaza located off Winterberry/S. Collier. Several great dining and shopping opportunities are located in this area.Communication with owners was very easy with quick response time. We hope to visit again!
