My stay during the 4th of July weekend wascomfortable. Location is great, however the property needs more attention to the pool and hot tub cleanliness and more pool furniture. Check in was easy.

Host did a good job communicating, esp since the parking lot is gated and you need to call the first time to get in. Didn’t have any issues. Condo itself was very comfortable. Everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen; Nice, modern appliances. Comfortable furniture, we stayed a week and my husband was working remote during that time. The kitchen table worked out fine for his temporary desk, but it would have been a nice bonus if the second bedroom had a small desk or table that could have been used instead.The view is everything! You can hear the waves from the balcony and see nothing but the beach and ocean. Location was great as well, walkable to many restaurants and the Jax beach area, but also nice and peaceful. Every day we say people out running or walking their dogs. Several grocery stores just a short drive away. We’d consider staying again if in the area and would highly recommend for your Jax beach stay.

Condo very well supplied with everything we needed. Dominic made it easy for us to access the facilities with timely notification of codes and all we needed. Also reminded us of check procedures that was helpful when we vacated the property. Great sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic!
