About this property

Steps From Town and Beach! New Low Winter Rates! 6 Night Minimum June thru Aug.

Perfect for Families/Entertaining: Great room includes flat screen television, full kitchen with refrigerator microwave and oven, counter that seats 4, dining room table that seats eight and living room area with gas fireplace. The entire gang can easily cook, play cards and visit together in one great room. The house has high-speed wireless internet and two televisions with expanded cable channels.

New flooring and interior paint throughout the house!

The bonus room in the back of the house provides kids or adults a private suite with two double beds and their own double sink bathroom with a bathtub.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need, microwave, wine glasses, blender, crock-pot, coffee maker, crab crackers and marshmallow skewers. We provide beach toys, puzzles and board games. Enjoy the gas BBQ on the back deck or water around the gas fire pit on the front deck. Beach wagon, chairs, blankets and toys are provided. Even a Play-n-Pack crib can be found in middle bedroom's closet and a highchair is in the laundry room closet!

Perfect Location: Everything is within walking distance. One block to the beach, ideal for bonfires, kite flying, sandcastle building, or a stroll to famous Haystack Rock. One block to town, featuring wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, live theater, spa and unique shops. Family arcade activities, aquarium, movie theater, putt-putt, go-carts, etc. can be found in Seaside, the town 12 miles north. Several hiking trails, lighthouse/museums are also within driving distance.

We have a six (6) night minimum in June, July and August and a two (2) night minimum the remainder of the year.

Truly loved this adorable place, easy walk to beach 1 block, or into town a few blocks either direction. Quiet neighborhood, great back porch in sun most of day with nice table and chairs and gas grill. Comfortable rooms, kitchen had everything we needed.

Fantastic location in Cannon Beach

The house is very nice and located only one block from the beautiful beach and two blocks from town in either direction. It has comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and beach towels and toys. Great place to enjoy Cannon Beach

The house and location were perfect for the family and grandparents. It was close to town, eliminating the need to drive and find parking, and close to the beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed as we preferred to cook instead of going out for meals when possible. We also appreciated the large selection of beach toys for the kids.

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I own a company which plans weddings and events in the Portland Metro area and all along the Washington and Oregon coasts.

Why they chose this property

My brother, sister and I have been vacationing in this home since 1971. Our parents made the very smart purchase before Cannon Beach became one of the most sought after spots on the Oregon Coast! I now manage the rental of this home so that it will stay in the family for generations to come.

What makes this property unique

In the late 90's we moved the house from where the Cannon Beach Pig n' Pancake parking lot is now. At the time it was an ordeal, but the move enabled us to take the house off of busy Hemlock Street, add another bedroom, bathroom suite and fenced backyard all still be in walking distance of the beach and town. All in all, a very good move!
