Enjoy the view of beautiful Schroon Lake while relaxing sipping your coffee from the rustic coffee nook. 3 bedrooms. 1.5 baths. Full kitchen includes dishwasher. Beautiful living room with 65" TV and lake view. Washer and dryer. 200 yards to private beach. 1.5 miles to public beach and quaint town with restaurants and shops.

Just a 4 minute drive to town where you can stop into local 9 Mile coffee shop, Town Store, Pinecone Mercantile (for home decor and bread shop). Grab a bite at Pitkins, DeCesare’s or any of the other restaurants in town.
