Easy access and spotless unit at the Village

We've stayed at various different units at the Village for the Bluesapalooza event in Mammoth. This unit was by far the best. Location couldn't have been better, overlooking the recreation area and while we could hear the hustle and bustle of the goings-on downstairs while our patio door was open, once we closed it and had the air conditioner on, it was nice and quiet in the unit. The unit was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Check-in and out was easy peasy! We will be back!

Great condo

I’ve stayed at the village lodge many times. Same experience and good professional service from management company. Don’t book if you are a light sleeper because the noise from the bar crawlers below is pretty loud.

Great condo!

This was a great property and very close to the gondola. The only complaint is that it is near Lakanuki, and extremely loud in the middle of the night with people loitering right below our unit. My suggestion would be to have more security there to shuffle people off when they leave the bars. Other than that - we enjoyed the unit very much, thank you!!!

Ok, but might try another place.

In general, the room was fine. However, there were a few things that were annoying / bothersome.

First, the unit is on the Village side - you definitely get noise each night - right around 1:15AM that wakes you up for sure - if you like to stay out late - no big deal. But if you have kids and don't stay out at the bars, then not so good.

The unit had multiple items that you could lose part of your deposit on - like plastic room keys ($25 each), parking pass (made of paper - $150 - is the manual outdated??) and many other items that got to be quite ridiculous - like leaving a light on - we were so worried we were going to be charged for something.

Finally, dishwasher top rack was broken, was missing a remote, and a few other minor things.

On the upside, it was close and convenient, but so is the whole village.

We'll probably browse around next time.
