Gorgeous eastern Sierra mountain view from this quiet, modern one bedroom condo offering winter ski-in/ski-out access to Mammoth Mountain (Eagle Express Lift*) and year-round convenience as a home-base for your favorite mountain & lake activities, local dining/shopping, and Mammoth Lakes festivals. Private secure high-speed WiFi for enhanced internet and cell phone connections from the condo, with easy 24/7 check in/out and experienced Mammoth Super-Host at your service to answer questions. No dogs, cats, or pets allowed.

Recently renovated unit in popular Sunstone lodge has a gas fireplace, all-new living room furniture (including leather sofa-sleeper & oversized chair), comfortable king-sized bed in private bedroom, TVs in each room, and new state-of-the-art kitchen appliances (electric cooktop/range, microwave/convection oven, and refrigerator). Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Everything you need for cooking and enjoying meals in the dining area or outdoor balcony is yours in this home-away-from-home. This condo has 560 square feet of interior space and sleeps up to 4 people, with indoor heated parking for one vehicle (height restrictions apply). No additional guests, and no smoking is allowed on the premises (including outdoor areas) per Lodge property management restrictions.
No dogs, cats, or other guest pets are allowed. per Lodge rules and town of Mammoth ordinance.

The complex common areas provide a spacious and comfortable gathering area with fireplace on the ground floor, plus secure and heated underground garage parking area (1 vehicle), elevator access, pool, jacuzzi, new outdoor BBQ grills, 24-hour fitness room, laundry area with convenient credit card or app payments, and free guest ski lockers just steps from the ski/snowboard trails above Eagle Lodge. Condo complex doors have security locks, well lit entrances.

Come wake to amazing sunrise views of the mountains to experience for yourself all that this unique slope-side property and the Mammoth Lakes area have to offer!

*Eagle Express (Chair 15) access subject to seasonal operating hours that may vary with snow conditions. Most years the lift is open from at least late November through mid-April but may change each year. Please contact Mammoth Mountain directly with any questions about Eagle Express Lift operations.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Trash bin is on Parking Level, approximately 15 ft in front of the elevator door. The Trash bin looks like a big cart.
Please return all keycards back to the "Lobby Floor" lockbox. Same place where you retrieved them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After the booking, we will verify all reservation details by phone and/or email within 48 hours. $50 charge for each lost/missing keycards.
Please store Ski/Snowboard equipment in a guest locker (first floor, one per unit), not in condo. $50 charge extra for nonstandard cleaning.
After the booking, we will verify all reservation details within 72 hours. 30 day maximum stay.

It’s always a plus when you can have a safe garage parking space with quick access to the stairs or elevators! The view is outstanding and second to none. Very quiet building and neighbors with quick access to the slopes! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking which we love. Enjoyed it!

Great place near Eagle lodge. Wonderful views of the valley and watching the sun and moon rise over the White mtn range. Perfect place for a getaway. I really enjoy the condo experience to be able to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony.or a cheese board in the evening. Randy is a great host and made sure we had all we needed for a great stay. I am already looking forward to next time.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This property looked great on the VRBO site, and then exceeded our expectations. The view is the real deal, and every detail was thought of with this condo. Additionally, the main lodge level and balcony there are a very comfortable place to hang out. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi after hikes, and easy proximity to trails, stores and restaurants. This will now be our Mammoth property of choice.
