The suite was clean and well appointed. The furniture was comfortable. The host was generous by providing snacks and coffee. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the pool and hot tub. Eric was very attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. It was a wonderful stay.

Inside and out, I can’t say a negative word. We thoroughly loved the place and will definitely use it on return visits. Even the gardeners who showed up our last morning were very mannerly, even though they weren’t part of the property. The pool and hot tub were very clean and very much enjoyed.

Super clean, organized well for space, and the backyard that is peaceful to relax. Wish we had time to use the amenities back there. Best is the host who was attentive, provided snacks and texts to see all is going well. He is quick to respond to questions.

The weather did not allow for the pool to be enjoyed and my schedule didn’t allow for hot tub fun but the room was wonderful. Warm and welcoming! Clean and well equipped with snacks, coffee, appliances for food prep and a nice little electric fireplace! It was a very nice place to stay, WAY better than a hotel!! My host, Eric, was very accommodating and attentive! Thank you for making my first VRBO so memorable!!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric's property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially loved the private pool and jacuzzi, which made our stay extra relaxing and enjoyable. Everything we needed was provided, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel welcome. The location worked perfectly for our visit, and we truly appreciated all the amenities and essentials available to us. We had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again when we come back to visit family. Highly recommend!

Guest requested to cancel all 16 nights of his booking after check-in. Our policy is cancellations for refund are required at least 14-30 days prior to the check-in date. This rating is completely inaccurate as the suite was cleaned per our normally high standards. Guest is not welcome back.
