This spacious and inviting lakefront cottage is perfect for two families or larger groups seeking a relaxing getaway on beautiful Damariscotta Lake. The heart of the cottage features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Step onto the expansive screened porch to enjoy the serene wooded views and fresh lake air — a perfect spot for morning coffee, evening games, or simply unwinding.

The gently sloping, gravel-bottom waterfront provides easy access for swimmers of all ages, and the dock with float is ideal for boating, fishing, or soaking up the sun.
 NOTE:  There are two very steep ladders that are required to climb to access each loft area.
