Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This condo is quietly hidden close to Turquoise Street where you can easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants, the grocery store, boutiques and of course the beach. It is a happening little corner of north Pacific Beach where you will find everything you need to enjoy San Diego beach life. Newly renovated in a modern loft style with and located on the 2nd floor with views of the sunset behind the palm trees and peeks of ocean & a private patio.
The space
Southern California coastal living at its best. This property is a short walk from the iconic Tourmaline Surf Park and many activities, yet it is private and tucked away. The patio area is perfect for rinsing the sand off, relaxing in the privacy of your own yard and storing bikes and surfboards. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is newly renovated in a modern loft style with and large living area open to the kitchen. It is located on the 2nd floor of a two-story, 3-unit condo building and has views of the sunset behind the palm trees and peeks of ocean. It is south facing with 3 exterior walls making this a light filled unit with a cross breeze of ocean air. There is also a private patio area with a tree for shade. It is fully furnished for comfort and function with air-conditioning and new KitchenAid appliances including a dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. Large windows all around invite the outside in, but window shades and blackout blinds allow for privacy and isolation as desired.
The main bedroom has a king size platform bed, closet, and vanity/small desk. It is connected to the bathroom by a short hall with built-in storage and a custom frosted glass barn door that closes the suite off from the living area. The living area includes the kitchen, living & dining rooms with large windows and a view to the ocean. The 2nd bedroom is southwest facing with two window walls. There is a 2nd full bath across the hall. There is a wall mounted 75" Samsung QLED Smart TV in living area with steaming apps, Samsung TV and local channels live TV.
