Biltmore Estates vacation rentals

Condo was in a great location. The pool area is very nice. The condo is quite worn. There were cardboard dressers in the bedrooms! Furniture and carpets could use some updating. The toilets are old and in constant need of cleaning. Melba, the property manager was great. Anytime we needed anything, she responded immediately. Two of the three laundry units were closed due to needing repairs, so that caused some inconvenience for our last two weeks.

An excellent property very close to downtown, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and groceries. The apartment itself is clean and well kept, with all the comforts of home. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our one month stay at this pleasant south Palm Springs condo. Great location. Nice view from the patio. Pleasant pool/hot tub area. Good location for us. Manager was pleasant, and responded promptly whenever we contacted him. We look forward to returning next year.

Was there for two months Was a great place in a great location. The unit was well furnished. Great views of the mountain. Communication with property manager was smooth. Worth the price.

Large comfortable 2 br unit in Deep Wells area, near Ace Hotel. Good view of mountains from the patio and plenty of ambient light to the living room and both bedrooms. All have private entrances to the patio. Heated pool and hot tub and propane grills in the courtyard. Stereo has Bluetooth, listen to your hometown radio station via laptop or cellphone. Short walk to E Palm Canyon and Buzz Bus will take you downtown on the weekends. Smoke Tree Shopping Center is about 1 mi to the East. Well equipped kitchen - save some money and eat at home! Covered car parking and a secure room to store a bicycle, PS is a pretty good biking town, and about a 10 minute ride to downtown.

I spent almost 6 weeks ant this beautifully appointed condo in Palm Springs. The mid-century modern vibe was carefully cultivated, with soothing grey and chrome accents. Things like extra toilet paper, boxes of tissue, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and access to necessary cleaning product made my stay easy and effortless. The pool was close by, I had it to myself most days, the neighbors friendly (I was invited to the Sunday morning coffee hour at the pool), and the laundry room just a short walk down the hall. I had a wonderful stay, and definitely plan to come again!
