Pros: Very nice! - New house - great location, two-stall garage, two washer and dryers, high end appliances, overall well stocked, plenty of room for our family. House was just as described. The host also worked with us last minute to get the house cleaned so we could come in a day earlier than our original reservation. Cons: beds except the master were not broke in yet/kind of hard, not very many towels for swimming, showers and dishes, when downstairs can hear people walking around upstairs. Notes: as stated on your check-in instructions, bring a couple extra washing machine and dishwasher pods, small dish soap, roll of paper towels, and trash bags. Overall we would highly recommend this rental and would rent again.

The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing with comfy furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking gear, dishes, glassware ,tools etc. But no corkscrew! The single Keurig was annnoying for six people. Also could have more dish towels and a few more trash bags etc. Swim towels would also be a good addition. Now for the bad stuff. The outside garage door code wasn’t hooked up. The kayak paddle and floating devices were locked in the shed and after three days of requesting the code for the lock we gave up. The walkway to the dock is steep and the railing isn’t finished. That part of the path was covered with dirt and gravel, and consequently a bit slippery concerning. No problem we swept it. All in all the property is great. We know it’s a new home, so maybe they weren’t quite ready for prime time.
