Whether you're an avid hiker, a couple seeking romance, or a family looking for a unique getaway, this space offers an inviting backdrop for cherished memories. Nested in a beautiful neighborhood by a mountain with public hiking, our charming house is the perfect place for people visiting the area either for business or pleasure.

Note this is my primary residence in which my teen and I occasionally live, so you will see personal items but we leave space for your necessities. That said, it is kept tidy and organized for our welcomed guests! We enjoy that the prior owner was a kitchen designer and combined clean lines with high end appliances. There is a guest house on site also occasionally rented but the only shared space is the outdoor entrance and we rarely cross paths.

REALLY great location for visiting family, friends, or attending events, including arts, sports, restaurants, and any local venues. 30 minutes from Cardinal football; 26 minutes from Diamondbacks; 17 minutes from TPC and other golf courses; 20 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. Most spring training facilities are within 20-30 minutes; 30 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale; 12 minutes to MIM, 21 to the Phoenix Art Museum as well as Arizona Financial Theatre and Footprint Center, where many popular comedians and music groups offer shows. It is centrally located with easy access the 51 and 101 freeways.

Jennifer was the most gracious host we’ve ever had at a rental. The house is nice, and if you’re a fan of hiking, there’s a trail head right around the corner! If you’re coming from another part of the country, you’ll love seeing the interesting, mature cacti in the backyard; there are some really cool ones. Highly recommend staying here.

We are always hopeful that our next booking will be a wonderful getaway. This was it! Beautifully furnished and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the grill, fireplace and chef's kitchen stocked with everything, an air fryer. Keurig setup, a smoker outside, even paella pans. It was cool having all that at our dispoal. Cooking was a blast (25 years in multiple cuisines.)The prize of our stay was meeting and chatting with Jennifer. She's super sweet and charming. She was very gracious and accommodated all our requests with immediate feedback and solutions. We strongly feel she is an ideal to how all rental owners should be.

Our host, Jennifer, was so welcoming. This home was very comfortable, the outdoor area was wonderful, the ping pong table was a nice addition outside. The furniture was very comfortable, we enjoyed the showers after a fun adventure on a UTV tour. This home is located close to grocery stores, and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Born in Chicago, lived in Charlotte as a child, but during formative years my father worked for Saudi Aramco oil in Saudi Arabia. We lived there for 7 years and I was fortunate to see the world during that time. We then moved to San Francisco where I earned my undergrad and graduate degrees. 25 years later, I landed in Scottsdale/Phoenix area in 2010 and love it! I play pickleball for fun, enjoy time with my teen kids, family, friends, and rescue poodle mix Pickles. Hosting is enjoyable for me as I know what it is like to travel and discover a fun area where I enjoy the rental property as well. I still love traveling and head to Mexico often given it is nearby.

I love the central aspect of the neighborhood. It is centrally located with easy access the 51 and 101 freeways. It feels like I am 10-30 minutes from most activities. A short walk to a public hike. Restaurants, stadiums, venues, the airport... there is so much to do in the valley!

What makes this property unique

I love relaxing on the back patio. During the cooler weather, it's nice to have a fire going. I love to cook and the kitchen setup is perfect. Two grills, two microwaves help with entertaining! The living room and dining room are conducive to a great place to connect with people whose company I enjoy.
