This was our first time staying at the Hamilton House and our first experience with JC resort management. The condo was very clean, but showed its wear and tear from being a rental unit. The living room furniture, was starting to peel in spots and look very worn. In both bathrooms there was noticeable " patching " done on the walls in multiple spots. The repairs looked pretty bad and they never re painted the areas. In the main bathroom, the vanity countertop had the left side lamination missing The few windows that had sceens , the screens were literally in shreds. The master bedroom, the bed has a firm mattress on it, which isn’t a negative, we are just used to a softer mattress. The balcony was big with ample sitting. I feel this area is a little misrepresented. You do have a view of the ocean. But the majority of your view is overlooking other buildings and you can also hear the traffic on Gulf Blvd. This wasn't supposed to be a negative review , we just felt that we have stayed at better maintained units thats in the same price range. I almost made this a two star review. Because of how maintenance just let themselves in to our unit without any texts or voicemail saying that they needed in. They needed to change the batteries in the keypad . But without even knocking first they just let themselves in. As they were opening the door is when they announced their presence. This made us feel very uneasy the rest of the week. And was very unprofessional

Would definitely stay here again.

The place is great, but the listing has an incorrect check in time, so if you arrive early they make you wait until 4pm to check in despite your place being ready

A week away

The unit is spacious, plenty of room for our group of 6 without feeling crowded. The location is perfect; close to dining and activities without being crowded. We have stayed in this unit several times and plan to visit again!

Reviewer Comments: With two back to back hurricanes we were not sure what we would be getting into but Annette from JC Resorts was fantastic in helping us find the perfect place. This condo was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. It is decorated very nice and comfortable furniture. Any issues were taken care of right away. Start up supplies were bare minimum. I would definitely recommend this unit and resort.

Nice place for vacation!

Very nice and big apartment. Everything is clean. Bad and towel was fresh. Have a lot of things for kids palming at the beach. One thing they have just 3 beach chair.

When we go to the beach we like beach decor and that’s what we get here. This unit provides beach towels and some beach chairs/umbrellas/toys although the chairs were in need of replacing. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance! Keyless entry is great! Only wish check in/out was remote so we don’t have to make an extra stop at the Ssnd Dollar.

Wonderful

The only inconvenience is as having to drive to Indian Shores to pick up our keys and check in. Other than that, this condo was an absolute dream!! It is as so spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Hope to stay again soon!!

Two relaxing weeks

Kitchen was well equipped. Could use better linens and outdoor furniture but overall great. Beach and pool are wonderful. Close to good food. Prop managers were responsive and helpful.

The property was very nice, reflecting photos accurately. Only issue was not getting directions from the property manager regarding how to get keys for the unit. Had to make numerous phone calls to get the information and then drive 30 minutes away to pick them up.

Great property for our 3 week stay

This property is in a great area with a beautiful view, spacious living & sleeping areas, well stocked kitchen, well maintained pool area & easy access to the beach with plenty of beach equipment. Annette was very helpful if we had questions. Close to some very good restaurants (Keegan’s Seafood Grill & TJ’s Italian Cafe both right across the street). We had visitors the each week for the first 2 weeks (2 adults 2 small children) and had ample space for everyone. Would definitely consider this property again☺️.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit for multiple years. Our family enjoys the space this three bedroom unit provides. Only issue is that the Air Conditioning has been out of service for a portion of our stay for the last three years. JC Resort Management has provided excellent customer service in the repair of the AC, although we were without the AC for two weeks this year waiting for parts.The unit could use some upgrades. The patio furniture is dated and some chairs not suitable for adults. The TV is very small in the living room, would appreciate an upgrade to the entertainment area for TV viewing.
