The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Richard suggested a wonderful couple for transportation to and from the airport. Security was wonderful. Had a great time!!!!

The host Richard was wonderful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean. HOWEVER when we arrived we were kept on the street with our bags by a security person who did not speak English. I showed him my reservation papers which he could not read. He looked at our passports then opened the gate to the property. Once in the building the woman at reception pushed a sheet of paper across the desk and said nothing. She claimed she did not know any English. Things went downhill from there. The next morning a different woman was at the desk. I asked about baggage lock up when we check out and was told not possible. BUT during the week I saw bags behind the reception desk also saw people sitting in the lobby with their bags waiting to leave. SURPRISE when we checked out we were informed we had to vacant the premises. Our flight was not till 7:40 pm. This woman then made a call which resulted in allowing us to stay just this once.I have never experienced such unwelcoming in all my travels.

Beautiful Aparement!

We loved staying in Richard place, it was super clean, stylish and had the most amazing rooftop and even a heated pool on the ground floor.Richard had great communication skills and even hoped on a call with me instantly when I needed some help. The apartment is super close to town in a really quiet areas, like a 10 minute walk away from town.And the staff who work here are outstanding. They do their best every day and night.We can’t wait to come back some day!!

Lovely stay in Puerto Morelos

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Distrito Morelos. Richard was clear and communicative and promptly answered any questions we had. The apartment itself is very new and modern, and comes with a well equipped kitchen and good A/C. We hired bikes (Puerto Morelos Green Bikes) which were very handy for getting into town and going to the main beach. Unfortunately we were unable to swim in the sea at the apartment due to the sargassum, but the sargassum is not an issue at the main part of the beach in town. Overall I would recommend staying here!

Location was a little sketchy, on a industrial neighborhood, a lots of containers and trucks, must to be the customs port or something like that, beautiful apartment, very clean, very close to the beach, a lots of “sargazo “” but this is nobody full, maybe maintenance can keep it clean, not sure how it works, overall apartment is beautiful

Beautiful

It was modern, clean and we felt super safe. At first I was worried bc there was an alley to get to the town but after talking to people we realized there was nothing to worry about. We walked to town as a family and never once felt worried. The host let us use his chairs to go to the beach, boogie boards and also his cooler. The seaweed season is a little intense but the lobby has a smell good scent throughout. The entire staff at the condo was amazing and so helpful. Our first night we didn’t want to walk to town bc we were so tired so the security gave us the # to a guy who picks up food and delivers it. It was awesome!! Everything was wonderful!! We will definitely come back.
